Product and support is very good
I got the product in mid-January 2024 and the product packaging was soundly secured, the easy part is assembling the chair just insert the hydraulic unit in the bottom and top parts of the chair.After using the chair I found the height was not enough because my old chair used to give a little more height than this one since I got habituated to that I was not feeling comfortable. Just only because of the height but otherwise chair was dam good.I thought to return the product since I was not feeling comfortable but this product doesn't come with return options so Amazon declined my return request.Then I went through all the paperwork sent by the MRC team which I did not initially. They mentioned reaching out to us instead of the Amazon team in case of any concern we will sort the problem. They did it as they mentioned. They sent me a new hydraulic unit which gave me enough height to what I was expecting.Overall product and support are good as customers expect this thing only which the MRC team fulfils.
