I replaced a similar sensor though the wiring was a little different and it all seems to work great now. Install wasn't too complicated. Get your own wire nuts as the ones that come with this are cheap junk.

This on/off photocell fit my 35 year old yard light post without any modifications. We built our house 35 years ago and this is the first replacement of the photocell unit.
