Kingavon BB-HH201 1200W Oscillating Halogen Heater with Remote Control - white/black

Great little heater to take chill out of air in my bedroom. Easy to attach base with the two screws provided.Cord seems shorter than my previous model but other than that it works a treat.Outer casing is pale grey, and not quite as light as it appears in photos.Remote has no instructions for operating the timer. I’ve found if you touch timer by mistake only one element will come on. Then you have to wait for the timer to switch itself off before you can obtain bars 2 or 3.Catherine

Very effective. Speedy delivery. We have a 5 metre square conservatory with a high glass roof which is always the last room to heat up & this heater gives a good additional source of heat in winter which makes the room more usable. Had problem with the bulb as one blew very quickly but supplier sent another immediately which was fab. Only thing which stops it being 5 stars is the difficulty in design to access the bulbs to replace them - it's a very fiddly job and there are no instructions in the box how to change the bulbs. Update: oscillating feature has stopped working, jams up and stuck and makes a clicking noise till feature turned off. Hopefully this is the only thing to go wrong as these heaters weren't the cheapest.Had to order a second and return first as the remote was missing and buttons too low to manage on a daily basis.So far so good on the second heater, very responsive to remote and great for space heating rather than heating entire house when only using one room.

I bought this for a chilly dining room with insufficient heating. It is a smart looking little unit but you have to practically sit on it to feel any heat, even left on in the room for several hours, it just doesn't make any difference to the room. The remote control rarely works. Very sorry but it was a complete waste if money.

It is a fantastic product to heat quickly and efficiently small to average spaces. It helped save a lot in energy. The design of the product is mediocre and not environmental friendly. The quality of plastic used is poor and it seems to have very short lifespan. It is not designed to be allow for a user-friendly way to change the bulbs unless they are changed by an electrician. Overall it is a mediocre product aimed for unaware and low-standard consumers that do not care about the environment.

For me it is sturdy and easy to assemble and use. Wanted it to supplement my heating cheaply. However, my cat has adopted it as hers. She loves it and it's very soothing. So the heater goes on even when I'm not cold.

Ideal lightweight heater for elderly mum to take outside for additional heat in colder weather. Been really useful when reduced contact with others during lockdown.

Gives an instant heat boost the fact you can put a timer on it just incase you fall asleep (like me) is great.Wish it would feel a bit more steady on it's base but just incase it gets knocked over by the dog it has a cut out switch on the bottom so it's ok
