Excellent value for your money
I was little nervous about spending this much o a ball machine, but compared to how much some of them cost, it was very reasonably priced. When it arrived and I figured out how to use it, I was surprised at how simple it was. The battery is easy to charge, the whole thing is very portable and it works very well. I am a passable player, so using it for practicing forehand, backhand and volleys is ideal. I am already getting my money's worth out of it. For a mid-priced professional ball machine I can highly recommend it

After more than a year of use I can vouch this is a solid product!
I bought one and have used it regularly for over a year. This is a well-made and reliable ball thrower. Using it, my game has improved dramatically, and it helps me stay in shape. I use it at least once a week during the warm months. A legitimately good product!

Light weight, external battery, reasonably price
I bought a N1 with oscillator. I love the machine so much, it is light weight with external battery, easy to carry and use. At first the machine only can hold 80 balls, it is less than I wanted, so I called the support team , Daniel the guy from support team told me to use cardboards to increase the height of the holder, now it can hold 145 balls, still running very well, no jamming at all. The only cons is the launch angle knob, it is a bit annoying to just it. Well how often I need to change the angle? So I am very satisfied about this product. It is a BUY BUY BUY!

Some good and some not so good
Disclaimer: I have Spinshot Player and also had Tennis Tutor ball machines, so I have a pretty good basis for comparison. 1. The good: Relatively light and compact Metal flaps for ball tray do not break or get flimsy solid construction (except for what shown on the pictures) External battery (good for those who need to drive to the court) Good Lithium battery with long lasting charge Simple analog controls, shoot/pause tiny remote Decent balls for beginner/ intermediate Reasonably priced (partly due to limited options) 2.The not so good MAX ball speed and ball capacity is slightly exaggerated limiting use for advanced player While launching the balls machine slides and rotates changing the horizontal launch angel from start to finish by 30 degrees or more. Plastic supports for the handle on the bottom of the box do not allow the machine to roll tilted by more than 10 degrees making clearing even tiny hurdles or rugs problematic If the manufacturer cannot drill holes in more or less precise locations the designer should've used oblong holes (see pictures)

Great machine!!
I havenโt played tennis in 30 years and wanted to start anew with a tennis ball machine. The court I hit on is a 5 minute walk for me to I wanted a portable machine like this one. It is the perfect size. The settings are easy to dial in what you want to do. Height, speed, top spin or back spin, and rate of delivery. Itโs very fun and has made regaining my stroke very comfortable. I am completely happy with this machine and I hope it lasts a long time.

Warning: Faulty Tennis Ball Hopper and Untrustworthy Customer Service โ Buyer Beware!
I recently purchased a Nisplay tennis ball hopper, but unfortunately, it has not met my expectations. Despite attempting adjustments, the balls are launched parallel to the ground, failing to clear the net. This issue persisted even after adjusting the angle control knob, located in the bottom middle of the device, as instructed, indicating a possible malfunction with the product. My experience was further degraded by the customer service response. The representative who contacted me late at night was dismissive and accused me of lying about the product's issues. He adamantly stated that it was absolutely impossible for his machine to have any issues. He insisted that I immediately conduct tests on the machine under his direction, showing a complete disregard for my convenience or the validity of my complaint. This was not just unhelpful but deeply disrespectful, showcasing a lack of empathy and understanding towards customer concerns. The attitude conveyed was that all customers are dishonest, a mentality that is both shocking and unacceptable. Never in my dealings with merchants in the US have I encountered such a perspective. It was made clear that returning the product would be burdensomely complicated, involving approval from the seller, restocking fees, and additional shipping and handling charges, which are not standard practice for most online purchases. Given these circumstances, I strongly advise against purchasing this product or dealing with the seller. The quality of both the product and customer service falls significantly short of acceptable standards. Potential buyers should be aware of these issues and consider more reputable options where customer satisfaction is a priority and respect for the customer is a fundamental practice. Be cautious and seek out legitimate shops that value and listen to their customers.

Great Little Machine
This is a great little machine! I was skeptical about buying an unknown brand but customer service was very prompt in answering my questions before purchase. I have used it 13 or 14 time so far and have had no problems. The balls have never jammed. Once in a while there was a delay in ball launch but no manual intervention was required and the misfire corrected itself each time. I did not buy the oscillator. I alternate between forehand and backhand shots and get a good workout. I try not to change the ball launch angle too much. Instead, I move the machine forward or back to the baseline depending on whether I want to practice ground strokes or lobs. The external battery is a big plus as well. I find it is best to charge the battery right after each use. I vacuum the machine to remove debris or green lint from the balls that collects in the machine. I am in my sixties and find this machine very light and useful in practicing a wide range of shots. I have purchased other ball machines but have had problems when the balls jammed. I have not had problems with this one so I am giving it 5 stars.
