The best way to connect wires
I have gone from wire nuts to WAGO lever nuts exclusively. I even use them for low voltage applications (landscape, alarm, sprinklers, etc.) If I have to waterproof them for low voltage applications, I just wrap them in electrical tape. But for higher voltage like 120 VAC, I use them the way I would normal wire nuts. So easy to put on and take off if rewiring is needed. And they hold the wire very tightly and are relatively small so they take up minimal space. A little pricey, but I'll pay the extra for the ease and reliability.

Fast, easy, and works. Small wires are a bit difficult, but they are great for 2 different size wires. Check them out on your next project, I think you'll agree they are great.

These work
These connectors work great, there is no problem with them. If you read the 1 and 2 star ratings don’t believe what you read. The people who rate these low either do not know how to use them, aren’t following the instructions or aren’t inserting the correct size wire that is stripped correctly for the connector. I have had more people testing these trying to pull the wire out of the connector and they can’t. So anyone that states the wire fell out if the connector is not following the instructions.I purchased these to use with a Solar installation using 18 awg stranded wire and followed the instructions. They work, they hold the wire tight and conduct properly.I highly recommend these connectors and if you follow the instructions using the correct wire size and stripping per the instructions they work great.
