Very noisy. Cards do not shuffle great. Cards get stuck in middle section.

most all of these shufflers work great when new--as they are used the wheel that pulls the cards into the holding compartment will wear down ever so slightly and won't work as well or at all--my solution is to disassemble the unit(so easy a cave man can do it) down to the rubber wheel and fabricate a rubber band to slip over the wheel then put it all back together --wala good as new--I use a thin medical rubber glove- cut a finger off then cut a narrow piece off of the finger and double it--works great. your welcome

Card shuffler came in very thin package (no outside package) and as a result of no protection, the tabs that keep the card receiving bin were broken. After putting in batteries, the motor did not work.

Our new card shuffler works great especially with the new cards. It is much easier than shuffling by hand.

I got this card shuffler for my Mother who has trouble shuffling the cards. So easy to use and works great. If you are concerned about noise, it does make some, but in my opinion not enough to bother anyone. I'm planning to buy another one to take in the camper this summer.

Reasonably priced and easy to use, what more do you need. We played cards with our visiting relatives and they had a smaller version of the shuffler we ended up buying. It really sped the game up and the push of one button and 3 decks were shuffled (their shuffler will do 4 decks at one time). Our shuffler will do 6 decks. All you do is put the cards in the necessary slots split 50/50 and push one button. Wa La they are shuffled.

I'm pretty sure these are all made in the same, single factory but I have used a 6 deck shuffler that my in-laws have and it looks exactly the same. However, theirs operates a little better than this one I just bought.However, they both have the same problem of the gears not being evenly keyed, as the feeder stack on the right goes faster than the feeder stack on the left. If we make even stacks and place them on the feeder spots, we always have to transfer a fair amount to the right side as it goes faster.But, as I was saying, this one we purchased also has issues that always result in cards falling internally beside the stack instead of just on top of the stack. And the clear holder always pops out once it clears the little holder tabs and makes for additional card jamming issues inside. If I hold the clear holder "in place" and let it continue to sink as cards stack up, it works better. So it's always a two-handed operation.Still, much better than doing it by hand. And certainly more consistently shuffled. Beats "52x6 Pick Up".

3 friends and I play Hand and Foot, a card game that requires us to use 5 decks of cards. I purchased this one on the recommendation of one of those friends who had purchased one for herself. It is easy to use and a little noisy but that is to be expected and does not bother me. Using this automatic playing card shuffler is so much easier than shuffling the cards by hand. If you play a card game that uses more than the 2 decks, this is the way to go.

Others in the room get annoyed as it is loud but it works well for many who can no longer shuffle the decks with their hands

I bought this exact shuffler 7-8 years ago and it worked beautifully through a LOT of card games over the years. When it finally quit working, I decided to purchase this exact shuffler again since I had such good luck with it before. This new shuffler is the perfect example of what has happened to the U.S. and so many more countries. We have sold out for trash from China. Do not buy this product. Obviously poor quality control and a complete waste of money.

Upon delivery I discovred the box was damaged. The Machine itself was cracked on top and the metal feeder bar was bent and not functional. Of course, Amazon is letting me return it BUT after reading instructions I was absolutely bewildered. There is 'Warm Tips' at the bottom of the instruction sheet telling you that you may need to adjust the metal plate yourself. The very last instruction is "We are sorry for bringing you such little inconvenience. We will improve the workmanship in the next batch of shuffler." My question is why in the world would you NOT recall this POS instead of sending it out to unsuspecting buyers? I do NOT want to do repairs on something that is brand new! All I can say is I am ordering a totally different shuffler now.

My wife wanted to learn to play blackjack so she could play in Vegas with her son, and she wanted the real, 6-deck experience. Shuffling 6 decks by hand is not something either of us was very excited about, so we invested in this shuffler, and I'm VERY glad we did. Up front, there is only one very small imperfection, and that's that if you're shuffling 6 decks, you have to hold the door closed for the last bit of the shuffle, or the decks fall out. Just a little bit, and not really a problem. The area on the top to hold unshuffled decks is plenty large enough for 3 decks on a side, no problem. The shuffle is quick and easy. Battery life seems fine; we've done dozens of 6-deck shuffles for a few months now and the equipment is still going strong. I like this shuffler; I'm glad I bought it, and would buy it again.

This item quick work correct the 2nd day. One of the bands on the left side of the Shuffler started skipping and would not shuffle the cards unless you tilted the cards up to feed it. Waste of money. I have request a refund and sending this item back.We bought this because of the arthritis in the hands and it makes it difficult to shuffle the cards. Try another product.

This is the second of this type of card shuffler I’ve purchased and this one works pretty well. I can see why the reviews are either really good or really bad, because these things aren’t really designed to last. I’m hoping I can at least get a year out of this one before it stops working (I have card parties 1-2 times a month). I’d love to find one that’s adjustable so it could handle different size cards, as Ticket to Ride uses really small cards and this doesn’t work for them.
