I purchased this SIM to use on a trip to NYC. (I have an iPhone 13 and was in NYC just last week) The SIM worked with no issues and was great for the data as it allowed us to use Google Maps which was a god send! As advised, I activated it via the link about a week before and then they emailed me back with my activation date and US number. I also went back to them via email as my activation date was wrong, I needed it a day earlier. They messaged back promptly and assured me the date had been amended. Really pleased with how efficient and easy it has been to order, setup and use this SIM, I would definitely recommend.

Purchased for a two week trip in British Columbia and Alberta. Sim Card worked perfectly upon landing and despite saying that it was not compatible with my Moto G8 Plus, I had zero issues accessing all the data needed. Having driven 1500 miles in two weeks I can happily report that it downloaded all the necessary maps, routes and information on 4g data. Setting it up was a dream and the service was exceptional. Saved $$ on not having to purchase a sat nav.

Purchased 2 - one for self and the other for wife. Activated on time, as requested. Worked very well in Orlando - very good connectivity and excellent 5g speeds everywhere. Value for money. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

After travelling to Canada last year I decided to trust and rely on my UK mobile provider. This was a huge mistake, no data, but they still tried to charge me over triple the daily rate. My mobile was not fit for purpose that entire trip. So when I booked to visit the USA, I decided to opt for a pre paid eSIM. It was simple to set up & load onto my iPhone. The instructions were spot on. Once our flight left the UK, I turned off my UK sim, and turned on the USA eSIM. When we landed I turned my phone off for a system restart and the eSIM kicked in immediately. Service has been fantastic, 5G everywhere I have been. If you are planning a trip to the states or Canada I would highly recommend a pre loaded eSIM. I’ve been able to use google maps without any issues, which is a must when travelling abroad. I should mention that the coverage was great in Chicago and Salt Lake City.

This is incorrectly sold as having unlimited data in the USA. I’ve just got back from a 2 week holiday to Florida where after consuming 10GB’s I was restricted to 128Kbps which is as good as useless and not what I thought I was purchasing.

I purchased this for a recent work trip to the USA (as it was cheaper than attempting to using my UK contract for USA roaming), and it worked perfectly with excellent signal strength (mostly 5G) in all areas I travelled (around Nashville and Franklin, Tennessee). I followed the activation instructions 3 business days (excluding the weekend) before travelling, and I got an activation confirmation email containing the US number the day before travel. I inserted the SIM card into my phone on the plane, gave the phone a couple of restarts, and it was working instantly. It was particularly useful having a US number while travelling as some services (e.g. food delivery / takeout places) required a US number. I did receive a couple of spam calls, but nothing out of the ordinary. However I'm only giving it 4 stars as the international calls / text limitation isn't clearly stated prior to purchasing this or on the packaging. This SIM card will only allow you to make calls and texts to other US numbers (maybe Canadian and Mexican numbers too? I'm unsure), regardless of the location of the phone you're trying to contact. For example, I was travelling with a colleague with a non-US number but I could not use this SIM card to contact them as their number was non-US, even though they were also in the US and therefore connected to a US mobile network.

I bought this sim for a 28 day road trip in the USA, my route began in San Diego and included Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and California. The instructions with the sim are clear and easy to follow, I emailed a request for activation five days before my trip. On arrival in the USA I put the sim in my phone (Motorola G84) and switched on, I was straight on to the US T-mobile network for calls and data. The reception in urban areas and along major freeways was always good throughout my trip. As stated in the add for the product signal can be lost in remote areas and especially in National Parks, I did not view this as a fault with the product, there is no mobile infrastructure in the these remote places. I used my phone as my sat-nav via Android Auto and had no problems. An added bonus was that my wife could tether her mobile to mine and use her phone whilst mine ran the sat-nav. I would use this product again and recommend it without hesitation.

Product as described. Straightforward activation, clear instructions. Made connection immediately upon arrival in USA. Good signal and fast data. Would definitely buy again.

Attention, on reçoit un code sur papier par courrier, donc prévoir le temps de la livraison - si vous commandez alors que vous êtes déjà aux USA, c'est loupé. Les autres fournisseurs comme Saily vous donnent le code immédiatement par email dès l’achat effectué.

Just came back from the USA and Mexico. Fanstastic sim card. I was able to give the kids hotspot while using Google Maps and making calls only issues were network drop outs in the Grand Canyon (but understandable). Used in LA, Vegas, San Fran, Arizona, New York, Playa Del Carmen and Mexico City. Would buy again.

Activation de la carte SIM simple et rapide (quelques heures pour ce qui me concerne) sur mon iphone, effectuée la veille du départ. Pratique : la carte est fournie avec une épingle d'éjection (à peu près la même que celle fournie par Apple, ce qui évite donc d'avoir à la rechercher au fond d'un tiroir !). Bonne couverture réseau avec T Mobile (internet + appels vers des numéros US testés à plusieurs reprises et pour des appels parfois longs). Aucun problème pour les grandes métropoles (San Francisco, Los Angeles à l'exception de Mulholland Drive, Las Vegas) et pour les axes routiers (à l'exception de certaines portions telles que sur la Pacific One). Cela devient plus compliqué dans certains parcs nationaux, notamment un rayon de 30 km autour de Monument Valley, ainsi que Death Valley où je n'avais aucune couverture réseau. Ma femme, elle, avait un abonnement AT&T dont la couverture est plus étendue que T Mobile mais pas parfaite non plus. A savoir : au moment de l'activation de la carte SIM, il est demandé le numéro IMEI du téléphone, donc j'imagine qu'il n'est pas possible de transférer la carte sur un autre téléphone au cours du voyage (mais je n'ai pas tenté l'expérience). Globalement, très bonne expérience sur l'ensemble de mes 18 jours aux USA. Bon rapport qualité prix (une carte équivalente coûte minimum 80 USD à l'aéroport). Je recommande.

Esim achetée pour la Californie. Aucun souci. Installation ok et utilisation aussi. Internet et appels locaux. Seul problème de connexion : dans un désert. Normal !

A waste of money. This sim was not compatible with my phone even though I followed the steps to unlock my phone. I got an email from them stating that I could request a refund, which I inquired about but heard nothing back.
