I am changing my star rating after this fabulous customer service.I was in love with this the first time I used this. I went to use it yesterday and the dang thing won't heat up enough. After waiting 15 minutes, the wand was warm enough to grab with a bare hand. I took the head off and changed it with another and neither of them became hot enough to curl hair. I am upset because I really did like this product, but for only working once, it sucks. I wish I would have tried it the second time a little earlier because the return window ended literally 4 days ago.

Its for the first time that I ever bought curling wand and I am happy that I did. I am still trying to learn how to use it better on my hairs but product works like a charm. I have fine thin hairs and brush attachment is something which i use mostly to style my hairs. It has 4 different kinda attachments which I think was the differentiator over choosing this product over others for me.

6/19...The curler, after only 6 months use, is not hot enough to curl my hair. I’m returning it. Amazon did give a partial refund.Be careful using this hair curler. I kept getting burned in my arm until I put a long ski glove on to protect my self...the glove they included is useless.

I love that this set comes with the brush straightener and the wave maker. So far each attachment that I have tried works great, I just wish it had temp control.

Service was great. I just have a hard time using it. Even with the glove. It’s just not for me, a senior citizen

It’s pretty good does the job the quality is ok they feel kinda cheep the handle has like a light plastic feel but they look good and the do work

This 5 in 1 curling iron/wand comes with 5 different tips (3 wands, 1 curling iron, and a hair straightening brush) and a heat glove. I tried it out right when I got it in trying to create a curly look for our roaring 20s Christmas party. I used both the small wand attachment and the curling iron attachment. They heat up very quickly and gave me the curls that I was looking to achieve. It was very easy to switch attachments, and I like that you can have one tool, instead of many different tools that need to be plugged into the outlet. The base has two different heat settings, so you can use whichever is best for your hair. I would highly recommend that you use the heat glove to avoid burns on your fingers - the end of the curling iron attachment is hot and it is natural to use your other hand for a curling iron. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and look forward to using it for other curly haired occasions!

Broke within 2 minutes of me opening the package. Cheap pieces of plastic super glued together to make a useless product.
