Cheaper Material
When it first arrived, we were missing the hardware and it was one that someone had already returned so it was beat up. We got the new one shipped to us (which we had to send that back once we took the hardware from that package). Once together, it’s a little chinsy and the lid kinda gets stuck on the sides when opening it. It doesn’t fit many shoes and isn’t very tall but I would definitely say to get a higher quality product if you’re looking, but overall I like the way it looks.

The blue is a dark blue
This bench was easy to put together. The holes were all drilled in the correct places and everything met up with the other pieces. It isn’t heirloom furniture but it is fairly solid and should survive moderate use.

Not as advertised
Advertised as fully assembled, came in pieces, several dozen pieces. Totally sucked.

Much smaller than expected
I will keep this because we have assembled it and don’t want to take it apart to return it. But it is much smaller than it appears in the images. I’ll try to have a bottom riser built to bring it up to a Better height for sitting. I bought it for my dining room but It looks like it should belong in a child’s room

Not assembled
I would have gave them 5 stars but the original discretion said it was assembled and it was not. Nonetheless the company is very professional, responsive, and helpful. Delivery was very fast. Thank you

Arrived dirty
Small, sturdy bench for entryway. Arrived with dirty had print/ smudge mark on inside board and velvet cushion. The inside mark would not wipe off. Thank goodness the velvet cover zips off - hoping the washing machine gets it clean, as spot cleaning did not.
