Great bagFits Wizz Air and Ryan air so farGreat value, great size and. Can hold enough items for 3-4 days if you are a smart traveller.Sadly one of the 3 bags failed us and the strap started to frail and the side stitching came loose.I contacted the seller and sadly they wouldn’t accept that this was their product. They insisted that his was not theirs asIncorrect colourWe had ordered 2 black and 1 blue.They actually delivered 2 charcoal grey and 1 denim blue. Rather than accept that they’ve made a mistake or mis-described they made a song and a dance about the colour.So I decided to play the same game and requested that they now exchange both the grey bags for 2 new black ones as described on their website.They had to pay for returns at probably around £5 for both and then guess what…?They sent me 2 new charcoal grey BAGS again…..!!!! 😂Now what should I do?Return them?Claim a refund?I- as not what I ordered?Crazy situationI think I will accept that my eyes are changing, the bags are excellent and serve the purpose and recon d that the company updates their description as tbh fantastic value. 👍🏼🙏Guys please amend or at least that the bags are grey and not black 👍🏼 amend the description and even better separate the grey form the black 👍🏼

Bought two for a flight for me and my husband on RyanAir. Didn’t pick the cheapest bag and got these instead. Both didn’t even make it without issues to the airport. My husbands zipper seam started to come apart on the first zip up and then as I was walking through the airport my shoulder strap ripped at the seam causing the bag to fall off my shoulder.I bought these in plenty of time and so Amazon return window is closed.What a waste of money these bags are.

Easy to carry light weight

When the bag arrived it is the perfect size needed for the free bag with Wizz air. However upon looking closer the stitching wasn’t great - there was a section of the zip that wasn’t attached-sown to the bag. I didn’t think much and sowed it myself however on the journey back the long handle broke at the metal ring and the bag stitching was not intact at the back of the bag so there was a hole in the main compartment. Worked for one trip barely but not lasting stitching. Is perfect size so if used for a one off I would imagine it’s good

Looks good, but does not carry any weight and DOES NOT fit in they Ryanair cabin stand at checkin. It would if it was empty. Thankfully I wasn’t asked at checkin to try it. I used this as hand luggage just returned home from Portugal last night it did not last one trip. I had a case checked in also so my bag was not full. My friends strap broke on hers before we even left the carpark at the airport to go on holiday. Don’t waste your money.

Unfortunately the shoulder strap broke after two uses. Amazon brilliant refunded me as soon as I sent the bag back
