Does not stain your teeth like other similar products
Have used Curasept on and off for a number of years as and when I get sore gums or ulcers. Takes a few days to work but does help to solve the problems quicker. Taste is mild so should be good for anyone to use. Better than alternatives as does not cause any staining of the gums or teeth. Although quite expensive I do think it is worth it.

Curasept mouthwash 0.2%
Only just started using this product so only given 4 stars. I was surprised at the taste as I was expecting it to be awful, but it's not bad. I had to use a well known brand in the past which was awful and made black stains on the teeth!. Hopefully this brand won't do that as it says that it is anti stain, expensive product but hopefully worth it.

Gives impressive results.
Recommended by my hygenist,I have used this product twice a week without fail for some 12 months. My gums are now in "excellent condition". I am heartened since I believe there is some correlation between gum condition and heart disease. Hope I am not too late to benefit!

Excellent product
Strangely, my hairdresser recommended this when I started having problems, so I placed an order. Subsequently, I was diagnosed with aggressive gum disease and have had to have several bouts of surgery where they cut the gum and debride the tissue underneath (not quite as bad as it sounds!). My doctor wanted me to use Corsodyl, which is great but it stains the teeth, so I showed her this and she was fine with it. I've used it properly, according to my doctors instructions and no post-surgery infection. To add to this: one of the reviews I read said that you can only use this for a limited time. Bad news to everyone, that applies to all mouthwashes. Our mouths get used to the mouthwash and it stops being effective, even the ones they say we can use every day. More correctly, the bacteria in our mouths get used to the treatment. Salt water is very good as an interim alternative (it works in a different way but is pretty effective). I would never recommend using any mouthwash for more than a month at a time.
