Excellent for Rosacea, but not really for moisture. I've had Rosacea for decades and have tried a lot of lotions. This calms the skin, relieves the redness and leaves a smooth and color-free finish. However, if you are needing moisture as well, you'll need a different product for that. I use both a moisturizer and this product. If weaning makeup, I put it on about 10 minutes before applying my foundation

It WORKS. I have severe rosacea and im pregnant so it’s hard to find something that works, it’s pregnancy safe (as rosacea usually gets worst with hormonal shifts). The first time I put it on it really calmed it down. I’ve been using it for a few days now and it’s the best cream that has worked for me. The texture is also great as it’s light and the green tint blends easily. I use as a moisturizer after azelaic acid and before applying sunscreen and it’s really working. Definitely recommend!

33 F who struggles with acne and redness in the face (not rosacea). I was looking for a solution to minimize the look of redness without having to wear a foundation (I even find tints to be too thick). This really does give me the look of a more even skintone and tones down the redness. I still have to spot conceal my acne, but I feel like this makes my skin look great without foundation. I have combo skin that leans a little more towards the oily side. I use about a nickle to a quarter size amount for my whole face. This product is not moisturizing and I use a separate product to soften/moisturize my face. This is easy to use, just start with a finger tip amount and rub gently in the area you have redness.

I had been looking around for a long time for a good moisturizer for my cheek redness caused by my rosacea. I ordered this cream, but honestly did not have high hopes, but I was very pleasantly surprised. This creams has a green tint to it, which is supposed to reduce redness and to my surprise, it actually works. I have found that you do not need to use a lot at a time and that it spreads pretty easily. It does not have a weird smell like a lot of moisturizers. I would highly suggest for anyone with rosacea looking to reduce their everyday redness.

Helps cover my rosacea well. The color can make you look a bit odd if you over apply. I like to mix it in with the fluide moisturizer to get a thinner and less extreme color.

I have rosacea, which makes my face red and very dry. My skin is sensitive, but this product works great! I am impressed with how fast it relieved the dry, hot feeling in my face. It evens out my skin tone too. I recommend this cream.

I was hoping for better. It is heavy on my skin and kind of oily. I also noticed that it left a tint that was off for the color of my skin. I did notice that the red in my face did go down slightly but the effects didn't last.

This was prescribed by my dermatologist for rosacea. The slight green cast helps to counteract redness. A little can go a long way; I find that if I gently tap the top of the pump, a very slight amount of product will come out -- just enough to do the job. I've been pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product.

Too soon for me to say whether this treatment cream will be effective. Skin is very inflamed and painful. We will see in a month or so whether the active ingredients can tackle whatever is going on with this flare up. However, I can say that I'm already hopeful. Skin is already more comfortable after a few days and the inflammation seems to be fading a little. The cream is soothing, no sting, no discomfort, very pleasant texture. Tiny quantities are enough to cover face generously. My hyper reactive skin does not even tolerate all LRP formulas but this green Rosaliac is absolutely calming. I will now add the Rosaliac UV protection too as suggested in the LRP guidelines. Aesthetically functional. The green tint masks inflammation well both alone and as a primer under foundation. Best masking cream I've found. Pleasant feel, evens out skin colouring, slightly matt effect. Psychological boost / plus. I will persist and hope for a long term physiological healing effect too. The seller e-Pharma despatched immediately - thank you! One minus point - LRP pricing policies / profit margins are incomprehensible. The multinational, multi brand owner needs to make the clinical product ranges accessible to more customers, imo. Greater social responsibility would surely enhance the firm's reputation and their overall profitability. Some LRP products are not strictly cosmetics but real and necessary treatments for distressing clinical skin conditions. LRP treatments are great for me, often the only products I can tolerate. Potentially there must be an enormous market. But it is a pity that pricing policies put many excellent dermatologically approved products beyond the reach of the average customer / patient. I went through every hypoallergenic face cream / shampoo / treatment in the pharmacy before I found LRP. Most brands I tried exacerbated the problems. Not even every formulation of LRP works for me. For example, the Toleriane physiological micellar water that I tried recently is popular but too strong for my skin. But in general LRP seems best for my specific, difficult profile. I do understand that responses are highly individual. Now I always do a patch test before trying any new product. Some LRP formulations have been incredibly effective for me, a really good personal fit. Lipikar Syndet AP and the balm too. Cicaplast balm. Dermallergo day cream and eye zone cream have become indispensable. The night cream was less comfortable but I may try it again. I'm hoping that the Dermallergo serum will also have a reparative effect.
