The compartments have a good amount of space and are very well presented however the bottom container was cracked when I received it which was highly disappointing. The rest feel a bit flimbsy but are in good condition. Probably not for a long term use

These are great for my hamstring exercises while on carpeting. Very solidly and simply built. (These are better than furniture movers, as they are larger and the foam padding seems to be better attached/glued than on my furniture sliders.)

Tiene una gran calidad. ¡Y están grandotes! Soy muy barrigón y muy alto (140 kg, 1.91 m) por lo que hacer ejercicio me puede lastimar espalda y rodillas. Por eso lo compré. Me va a permitir ejercitarme y eliminar la barriga sin riesgo de lesionarme. Los utilicé para "probar" y es muy sencillo, asisten muy bien, y se siente bien concentrado el ejercicio. Una excelente inversión. Ya me toca a mi ser consistente y cambiar mis hábitos para lograr tener buena salud física.

These are my second pair of slides. I leave one pair at home, and the other in my jiu jitsu bag. I use the pair at home for numerous core strength exercises, lunges in various directions etc. It is incredible what an amazing workout you can get from these, if you are unfamiliar with them I really recommend you try it out. It is in my opinion the best, simplest, and cheapest way to add a whole new level of intensity to you training at home. I also travel a lot for my job and take these with, they weigh next to nothing and always allow me to get a good strength and stretch workout in a hotel.The other pair I use to warm up my shoulders before I do jiu jitsu. I recently had a shoulder injury, and in my rehab I learned about sliders as a very effective way to warm up. As opposed to just doing regular warming exercises in the air, using sliders adds some resistance and thus in about 5 to 10 minutes my shoulders are completely loose and warmed up.This specific brand is amazing quality and I love them. Both pairs are this brand, and if you are interested in sliders I definitely recommend you get these, they are solid and after a couple of months of use the first pair still seems brand new. In a day and age where so much things that look like a bargain turn out to be inferior quality and break after a few uses it was a great relief to not only get these at a good price, but that they are also great quality.Thanks Synergee!
