Easy fix, no problems.
Worked for meI watched a Youtube instructional video...I do not do well with printed instructions.I used saxophone pad & cork glue that I had on hand. (can be used hot or cold). After the glue set, I heated it with a hot air blower. This allows the glue to flow and fill spaces evenly. Now I have a professional looking neck cork, and , I did not have to travel to a sax tech, and I have surplus material for another time.

Amaaazing! - Don't worry, it's pretty easy!
Amazing!! My cork was chipped and one day it just fell off. I went to my local Sam Ash and when I found out it would cost 40 bucks and a few days to get it done, I cringed.I went on Amazon, found this, and now, I couldn't be more glad. The shipping was decently quick, and for just $12, this is a steal. If there's one thing that you'll take from this review - don't be scared to use this. I don't do much DIY, and, albeit with a bit of worry, it turned out perfect. The video wasn't very useful, but the included instructions are clear and straightforward.I took my old cork and cut the new one to the same length. I followed the instructions and glued it on. I was definitely worried when I saw a few crack in it, even though some of the other reviews mentioned the same thing. However, once the glue had cured, I had to sand it down enough that the cracks disappeared and I ended with a very smooth, professional out of the factory-looking cork. The included cork grease is nice, but it has a very pungent, yucky-smell in my opinion, so I'll probably end up tossing it. Also, you'll probably also end up tossing the brush, as the contact cement makes it all stick togetherI saved an easy $28. Very happy with the results. If you want a quick, cheap, beautiful cork replacement, get this.

Worked perfectly.
I used this to replace an old neck cork on a alto cannonball. The steps were easily found online and were easy enough to follow. The only drawback is ot took a bit for me to get it. I would definitely buy thing again.

If you follow instructions carefully this kit has everything you need. It has enough cork to allow a mistake. The cork is high quality. and The only tiny mistake I made is not to cut the cork as a trapezoid to account for the difference in radius on my neck as tip of the neck is narrower. I cut a rectangle but of course there was an interval with no cork. With the remaining cork from the kit, I added a tiny triangle to complete the trick.

First time changing my neck cork
The kit worked very well. I was very careful and followed the directions precisely. The sand paper strips were not sufficient in removing thickness from the cork on my application, but that's not the manufacturer's problem. If you have a vintage mouthpiece, I would suggest having an extra sheet just in case. The cement stuck properly and cork stayed where it needed to be after some pressure was applied. Happy sax player!

I followed the instructions down to the letter. The adhesive they sent was garbage and they only include a tiny bit of cork so if it doesn't work the first time then you're screwed. I got it all on perfectly, even let it set for awhile (even though the instructions didn't say to do that) and as soon as I tried to put the mouthpiece on the cork peeled right off (I greased it also.)

Daughter says this kit made it easy for her to replace the cork on Saxophone
I bought this for my daughter (she's been playing the Sax for several years now). She said it was very simple and easy to use and it fits great, especially after she sanded it. The Saxophone she used this product on, was one that I bought her a year ago on ebay (sold by kkmusicstore) Mendini Eb Alto Saxophone Sax.She said the cork can crack and tear, so make sure you roll it and/or warm it up with your hands a little before you try to glue it down. This way it will slightly soften and be easier to shape without damaging it. It comes with sandpaper, glue, instructions, etc.

DIY charm
Very happy that kit included everything needed (except adhesive which is reasonable) Came with 4 pieces of cork. Wasn't expecting spare parts. Perfect since we messed up the first time. The first adhesive we tried wasn't great; too thick. Used brush-on the second time. Followed the instructions. Also watched youtube videos. Was easier than I expected. A little scary the first time. The sandpaper was microscopic scraps. Using my own, bigger pieces made it easier. Only complaint, you shipped an unprotected razor blade mixed in with the other supplies in a plastic bag! The razor blade should have been protected.
