– 9mm Red Double Sided Adhesive Sticky Tape Easy Lift Super Strong EXTRA LONG 50m

I use this double sided tape continually and it is part of my card making essentials. It is a large roll and until you get the hang of it, it is a little awkward, but I keep on my wrist as I use it. I now find it easy to use and would not be without it - it is also so much cheaper than continually buying lots of smaller rolls Since reviewing this item I have bought another roll - and while I stand by my previous review - I would take issue with the manufacturer over the lack of adequate packing. I feel you are letting down your own good product, the roll is much stickier than before and it was dumped, unprotected into a thick, grey plastic bag with no other wrapping. The obvious happened and the roll was firmly stuck to the plastic bag, it took me 3/4 of an hour to cut it out and to try and pull it free of the now shredded bag. Mr. Manufacturer no one wants this and it does not enhance your reputation and I did not enjoy the experience. I was very tempted to drop a star but I like the product and will probably give it one more chance (when I have finished this roll) and hope that the packaging has been improved. . Since the above review, I have purchased another roll of double-sided tape. I am pleased and relieved that the delivery was good and the tape is not oozing glue, I can use it immediately and my temper is still intact.

This stuff is the real deal, not like the typical paper-backed double sided tapes you get from highstreet shops. It can be used to permanently attach things. It's slightly thicker than the black adhesive tape used for securing e.g. mobile phone screens, but not much. Provided that the surfaces it adheres to are flat, clean and non-porous, or at least smooth, it doesn't tend to come unstuck without a fight, though it can be peeled off of plastic, metal, glass, etc. It is thin and rigid, so not best suited to uneven surfaces, nor complex curves, for which sticky foam tape is a better choice. It's brilliant for sticking things to greeting cards, mounting photos, and stuff like that, but equally applicable to sticking plastic, metal, plated magnets, glass, ... I've used it to stick EPO or EPS foam flying model aircraft parts together, too, and to attach Velcro to battery packs. The 50m reel is a bit awkward - that's a LOT of narrow tape, with a great tendency to attract dust etc. to its edges. I keep mine in a ziplock bag, to which it tends to stick annoyingly. I think putting it between two sheets of greaseproof paper might be a better storage option.

I’ve tried a load of different double sided tapes for crafting but this one is by far the best. Sticks really well and you get a lot for the price.

This is a giant roll of red liner tape (double sided tape ) so great value for money. Excellent tape, sticks fast. Place where you want it, burnish well with a bone folder or such like to push the glue into the paper fibres, peel off the red carrier tape and stick another piece of paper/card on top. For longevity of a project add a few dabs of wet glue along the length of the tape so it doesn’t come apart in the future and it also gives you time to adjust your positioning before the tape catches.

Wasn’t quite as impressed as I hoped I would. The roll is very large and a bit awkward to handle. Probably won’t order again.

Awesome for the price. 9mm more than enough to hem PVC banners. Good grab and liner release.
