For restoration purposes
This vinyl wrap came cut perfectly square, so that made it easy to cut to the right size! The material also adhered perfectly, after I sprayed the bare wood with a few coats of sanding sealer that is. These old Zenith radio cabinets came with quite a bit of what was called faux coating and this vinyl wrap is close enough in appearance for me! Also, I spayed 2 or 3 coats of adhesion promoter over top of the vinyl wrap and then I was able to spray about six coats of lacquer over top of the whole cabinet. Thanks to Rwraps Wood Grain Vinyl Film Sheet Wrap Roll Decal - Burlwood (Honey) 24" x 48" my 1942 Zenith looks new again!!!

Good way to refinish trim pieces
I've been wanting to replace a piece of wood trim in my Lexus that was cracking and lifting up, but didn't want to spend the hundreds of dollars on the factory replacement piece (which I couldn't find in the correct wood color anyways). I thought this might work as a cheap alternative, and since it's just vinyl it's easily removable if it clashed too much. And it could be had in a size small enough for what I needed. As expected the color doesn't quiiiiiite match the factory wood trim, and the finish is more matted than the glossy stock. But I'd say it's close enough that most people wouldn't notice since the spot I put it in is usually heavily shaded. It stuck easily and without any bubbling to the piece of trim and I was able to trim it quite nicely that most people probably couldn't tell it's only vinyl wrap. And so far it hasn't lifted up at all, so I expect it'll be pretty durable.Overall I think this is a nice alternative to fixing spots of wood trim in old luxury cars that maybe aren't worth the cost of the factory pieces (if they're even still available).

OEM quality
The product looks good and is durable. I guess you could say it looks like OEM quality. Be aware though, that it does not fit well on tight curves. I don’t think any thing like this could and it’s not terrible. It’s just hard to get it into a tight curve without it wrinkling a little bit on the edges. The one negative I have is that it doesn’t 100% stick as I would have thought. Some places near the edges lifted a little bit. Again, this problem may be because I used it on the steering wheel spokes of my Mustang. I got the burl look because I didn’t have to be concerned with making sure the wood grain was straight on all of the different pieces. One other thing. They should ship it in a cardboard tube instead of loose in a plastic bag. When it shipped with other things in the box from Amazon the roll got dented and it put permanent creases into two places. I was able to work around it, but the creases never did flatten out properly.

Not what I expected
Every picture in the item description shows a Thick roll of film, but you only get ONE folded sheet that results in creases which makes it a challenge to apply the film smoothly. The item description clearly says "roll" of film. It did not specifically state only one sheet. Therefore, I assumed it was a roll of several sheets for the listed price, but I should've inquired before I made my purchase. I never would've paid almost $10 for just one sheet if I knew that's what I was going to receive. Not what I expected.Very disappointed.

Garbage. Look elsewhere.
I bought this in hopes of matching the factory wood grain trim of my 2004 Grand Cherokee Overland. I bought 2 different patterns from this company. This one was completely matte in finish, and had no shine to it at all. It will not stretch, no matter how much heat is applied and is impossible to work with. I'm not even sure this is actually Vinyl. This is cheap crap, don't waste your time. I threw it in the trash in a crumpled ball.

Wrinkling garbage and misleading photos
This is junk. It is basically contact paper, not a high quality wrap vinyl like what is sold by other places. I needed a small piece for a quick job and didn't want to pay the international (UK to US) shipping to get my normal wrap from wrapdirect. That was a mistake. This distorts when you heat it, shrinking even with a hair dryer on a low setting. It wrinkles and does not follow even mild curves across a surface, let alone a full contour. For the specific piece, the picture showed a gloss finish. The product as received is matte.I have wrapped many sport bike body panels and tanks, and know how to apply wrapping on difficult parts. This was used to replace the deteriorating stock sticker on an Acura MDX's shift console cover, which is comparatively simple.

Highly Dissatisfied
I was very disappointed in the size and durability of this product. It is simply a piece of thin contact paper that I could of easily purchased a whole role from my local department store fora few dollars cheaper than the price of this.

Poor quality
This came on a tightly wrapped roll with gaps between the backing paper and the vinyl - as if it had been sitting on a shelf for years in heat and humidity. There was also a big scratch down the middle. I decided to try it anyway. It was so briitle, it tore before it left the backing paper. One of the biggest wastes of money!
