Very comfortable
The sound isn't AMAZING, but it is decent. They are very comfortable I forget I'm wearing them. The battery has a very good life. Also, they stay put very well. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.

Right ear piece is not pairing
I just received these headphones and after charging the set, I tried pairing to my phone and computer.1) the Left piece was initially in Chinese and the Right was in English. I changed the Left into English, but the voice timing was off from Left and Right.2) When I attempted to connect the set to my computer and phone, when GT27 was up, only the Left piece was connecting to both devices.3) I put the Left piece back in case to try to pair the Right separately, but the even after it prompt "Pairing", nothing was showing up. Turned off my BT and turned on again to see if it would show, nothing.4) I am trying to look for a factory reset guide for this headset, but I cannot find anything. Tried something off YT to hold the sensors down for 10 sec while in the case, but it did not reset.I'm looking for help so I can try these out fully. If there's none, I will send them back, if i can return it.

they work, they are cheap, and you get what you pay for.
I bought these because i wanted to know how this style would fit my needs. i ride a bike and wanted something other that those that get shoved into your ear, those hurt mine after a few minutes. about these i was a bit skeptical but they ended up feeling really quite good. after a few minutes i didn't even feel them. now, with the bike helmet on...no problem, excellent.they don't cancel any noise, not sure if they are supposed to, on a bike i want to hear road noise anyway, with these i am able to hear music and the approach of cars from behind. they appear to have no effect on wind noise nor was i expecting them to.battery life is remarkably good. only once did they seem to die at about 67% but that was likely my fault due to blindness and unable to read the little display properly. just kidding, not blind, i ride a bike on the road. i forget what the percent was when they died but it did seem premature.instructions included are quite lacking but not too difficult ot figure out. once paired off you go. have had these for about 2 months now and have been working quite well.until just yesterday. on a nearly full charge the right side crapped out. the only way i have figured out to reconnect again is to put them in their case. i assume there is a detection at the charge terminals that causes them to disconnect. when removing they connect automatically. only the left side did yesterday, the right was just not happy. case display indicated over 80% charge. gave up and rode in silence, well, with a lot of wind noise. even got a top ten on a strava segment, not bad for a 56 year old fart.on today's ride they worked fine after a full charge. about an hour in the the ride, while climbing no less, the right side crapped out again. in frustration i just took them off and about an hour later i gave them a go once again but unable to get the right side to stay connected.i think the problems may be related to sweat. they *are* supposed to be water proof, or resistant, i forget. anyway, on rides i do sweat a lot, too much for my liking in the burning hot nevada sun.i think they are fine if they can stay connected. i'm going to get another pair but not this brand. this was an experiment that proved the style to my liking. i'll use these for outdoor work. i really do like that they don't fall off and essentially seem like they are not there when wearing them.

Good for listening to music but not for phone calls
The sound quality for music sounds amazing, but after having them on your ear it starts to hurt behind my ear. Phone calls on my end sounds good but the person on the other end hears echoing and phone call is not clear for them. Eventually what I am required to do is take off the headphones so that they can hear me clearly. Its too bad that phone calls on the other end is not clear. If improvements are to make the material just be softer and flexible and not the hard plastic to avoid hurting your ear cartilage. Phone calls should be clear on both ends.

Meh
Sound quality is bad they are thick and uncomfortable and only one of them works. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the one works lol. I personally would just spend the few extra dollars on better one. Also the whole manual is in Japanese or Chinese or somthing and I can’t find anything online to fix it. So the money is down the drain for me.

Headphones - 👍🏻, Phone headphones- 👎🏻
I actually had a pretty decent relationship with my last pair that I lost on a booty call. So I got these out of curiosity. I love them they’re great listening to music or anything that you need to hear up close and personal. I am hard of hearing and don’t have a hearing aid right now. So having to use it also as a phone has had its drawbacks. Sometimes the Bluetooth seems to work well, and sometimes the Bluetooth works like crappola. right now. So having to use it as a phone has had its drawbacks. The controller is kind of a pain in the ass because you tap it. There are no buttons and tapping it doesn’t seem to work unless I barely tap it and then I accidentally hang up on the person that I’m trying to talk to. That comes in real handy when I’m talking to people on AT&T and I have to call back, that whole process is a mess!

Waste of money!
These headphones are absolute trash!First of they are made of a hard non flexible plastic which over time causes pain on the touchpoints of your ear. Next they have so much sound leak that people next you will hear more music than you actually will.I wish I returned these but now they'll sit in my junk drawer with the rest of the junk I refuse to throw out.0.5/5

Great for daily use
Got these as a gift and looked for something that wasn’t noise canceling. These are great for daily use when you have to interact and/or listen for/to things around you. Also they don’t hurt like some inner ear buds can. I did try these on after gifting and felt they were a bit loose on my ear, but the recipient didn’t have the same complaint. I think I’d be careful if you wanted to use them on a run, or physical activity you might be bending over/standing up, but otherwise they’re great
