We use this pan on an induction hob and it works really well. It is also very easy to clean and is definitely non-stick!Couldn't recommend more.

The only cooking styles I did not want to try in this pan were those that involved the necessity to sear meat or fish (Maillard reaction) as well as any really high heat stir frying. This is because I don't want to take the chance of affecting the non stick surface. I have a similar size raw aluminium pan for that anyway. I mostly do various curries that involve the caramelisation of onions, ginger, garlic and tomato combos over a long period in this pan but, again, would transfer to a steel or aluminium pan for any high heat bhuna action. The non stick is spot on and I never worry about going of for 5 mins while the onions are browning.For sauces and stews or even a fried egg this a great pan.If you can, get the glass lid. It really helps build the heat up in the whole pan when you need it. It's a wide pan that can stay cooler at the edges on small hobs.

Firstly, nothing has yet stuck to it that a simple rinse and wipe wouldn't remove. The base is thick and holds and evens out heat distribution nicely. It's heavy and feels very sturdy...my only possible concern is how well the handle will stay attached to the pan in the long term...but won't be able to say how it's lasted until it breaks, if ever. Not used it in the oven so can't comment on that.

These are well made, stylish pans. Bought these to try a change from plastic coated pans. Initially the ceramic pans work well, and ‘non-stick’ as they claim.6 months later they function terribly!!!Everything sticks, and really badly, even if you add plenty of oil. Not only that it’s a real task to get all the residue off from the surface.Shame as they look great. These have to be binned, so not very ‘Green’ at all.

This was well worth the money for use on our induction hob. Wee constructed, will last for years.

I bought this whilst on offer to replace our much loved well used Wok, it’s very sturdy and completely non stick a lovely design not quite the traditional shape Wok but a lovely change. I would definitely recommend this pan.

Decent product, good nonstick properties so long as you don't allow it to overheat. It's also easy to clean. Heat distribution isn't perfect because it is quite a wide pan, but with a lid it tends to perform better. The only annoyance with it is that it should come with a lid as standard. The lid, incidentally is good but it costs extra.

We love GreenPan and this is the second ceramic pan we bought. We use gas stove and with proper seasoning the pan seems to work fine. The non-stick features work ok and it is easy to clean. However, after 3 months, the coating around the screws on the inner side of the pan peeled off and soon the grey surface of the screwheads turned white. We are worried about the coating coming off and contacted Amazon and thankfully they refund this. We bought this at a discounted price so we are not sure whether this is only a single defective item or the model generally has this issue.
