Pie Crusts Turn Out Well
I make a lot of pies and I bought this pan as a gift for someone else. However, they returned the pan after they consumed the pie that I had made for them. The pie turned out well- crispy, flaky crust and well-baked filling (rhubarb custard).

Nice pan
I don't use this for pies. I use it as a tray for reheating foods in the oven and it works great in that respect. Quality is good and it doesn't warp.
