Extremely Happy
Wonderful shoes. Surprisingly lightweight for this type of shoes. Very sturdy and comfortable too. Looks amazing too. I ordered 1 size smaller which is perfect for me. If maintained well with polish to provide some water repellent effect can increase the life. One problem with packaging. It was open already and no Woodland tag or papers inside

Received with a dirty sole.
The shoe looks good and sturdy also. But the shoe I received was a worm and returned piece as it's sole was dirty. Also the shoe is a bigger in size. A size smaller would have been better. Nevertheless I've kept the shoe and I'm using it as size 5 was not available.

Wow.wow.wow.wow.amazing. really very impressed.
Very perfect and so good product. My leg sizeis12.1 size. But shoe size 11 is good fit for me. Thank you Amazon and woodland. Many shops search size 12 shoe not available. Even nike and puma not available. I tried all brands but woodland impressed me.

Good product but RUNS 2 SIZE BIGGER.
It's a woodland shoe, so it has got to be good and it is indeed. Well built, properly glued, great fabric too. The only issue and it's a big issue... The shoe runs 2 size large. I usually wear 9.5, it ordered 8 and yet it is super lose. I didn't replace it coz smaller size wasn't available in the brown color. I added some insoles and yet it is lose, but I have to live with it.ORDER 2 SIZES SMALLER THAN WHAT YOU WEAR. The shoe itself won't disappoint you.

Great Value Outdoor Shoes
After a long I decided to buy pair of multi terrain shoes for field work that takes me trekking and walking i.e. slightly technical terrain and the only budget choice was this model. Overall it's a good shoe. Only reason I deduct 1 star is for a couple of design / quality issues that Woodland must address - I can live with it though. The lace and lace hook combination is not easy to tighten, the hooks are rough and they are abrasive and are not easy to pull up and tighten. The lace should be a braided nylon one than flat Nylon as the knot strength depends on this when trekking and the ankle is flexed. The tongue is stitched to the collar and upper - which means that that leather is only on the part exposed under the lace and the rest is fabric. The tongue crumples as you tighten the lace making a bump that needs to get used to. The color in the picture is far different than the one received - minus 2 to the listing. The shoe came with a blemish on top. I am ignoring it because my first walk will get it all messed up so no big deal. Heel cushioning is average - will need to walk a couple of trails with heavy backpacks to see how the foot reacts to long days - but initially step ups and step downs have not given me the confidence. Also buy a size smaller than your regular sneaker, (I am a size 10 normally but bought a size 9 based on advise from other reviewers) the toe box is big and long enough to accommodate your foot. Trekking and Hiking shoes must have 1/2 to 3/4 inch gap in the toe box as you tend to press your toe when going down hill and it significantly affects comfort. This is not a stated wide fit shoe, but I do have a moderately wide foot and the sole coverage is adequate. Lateral support / stability is next to nil. Ankle support and protection is good. Shoe is a bit heavy but not heavy as a Caterpillar intruder that I used for the last 9 years.

Absolute Workhorses
I got my first pair in 2019. Mine is an outdoors work which involves being in unpaved terrain for 8-10 hours, 4 days a week. These Woodland shoes have been my go to shoes on most of those days in the last 3 years. Was so much in love with the comfort they provide that was waiting for the same pair prices to come to a reasonable level to get one.Did not even realise how much i have consumed these shoes until I compared them with the new pair I just got. The attached pictures tell the tale.Few pointers before you buy- Shoes are an absolute best when it comes to being durable, Navy is my personal favorite color, previous shoes were also Navy but it can be seen how the color changes over a period of time. Which isn't a bad thing either, gives the shoes more character.- BE AWARE OF SIZE, These shoes fit me a size smaller than other formal and sports shoes. Still a bit on the loose side. I pair them with a good gel insole which makes them both fit snugly as well as provides additional comfort.- PRICE fluctuates a lot. Same shoes cost anywhere between 2200-4500 on different days and in different colors. A price upto 2500-3000 should be reasonable to buy depending on the colour.- INSOLES which come within shoes seems poorer in quality as compared to what I had in the previous pair. Though Woodland has given lots of paperwork regarding how they are newly designed with COMFEET technology. I feel the older insoles were sturdier which provided a better base for your own insoles if used.

Heel slips
I’m closer to a 13 so bought the size 12 as people have recommended. Unfortunately the heel slips terribly even though the length seems great. Just not the right shoe for me. Others seem to like them.
