I liked the idea of this, but the glass is so thin I don't think it's very stable. Returned.

I ordered two of these, but what arrived was surprisingly pretty close in appearance.The quality is fine. They're very attractive jars. However, they are not airtight. I put dehydrated marshmallows in one, and they started getting soft and going stale within a week. I experienced the same with this jar. So I wont be using these for food moving forward.**Note.... these have a smell when taken out of the package. Be sure to wash these.

I have a few of these jars now, but this one is a little different than the ones I got previously. I wasn't paying attention to the spoon and side holder for the spoon. I typically use these to hold items in my bedroom and bathroom. I definitely don't need a spoon there and I feel like the side hook that holds the spoon is just begging to be broken. One fall on it's side, and it's a goner. If that piece breaks off the jar is trash - although it's possible if it breaks the whole jar will break anyway. The seal on this jar is okay. I don't think I'd put any food in it that you don't want to go stale or that you'd be worried ants could get into. It's a nice quality jar overall although I do think the price is a bit high for what you get.

This jar is lightweight and has a good seal. Also, I like that it comes with a spoon. The spoon makes it easier to remove the contents of the jar. I expected it to larger. Other than that, this jar is great for storing dry goods as well as candy.
