Feel so much better taking this product.
I believe this is an excellent product. The manufacturer is very particular about ingredients used, the process of mfg AND puts it in GLASS instead of toxic plastic. I feel so much better when I take these on a regular basis.

good multi vitamin
This is a very good all-around multi vitamin and it works for me. I take only one a day (they say take two) and it seems to be fine. Think the ingredients check out with being safe from the research I did on this company. Taking a daily multi vitamin is just a good insurance policy, though some people (doctors even) say it's a waste of $$..I'd rather ere on the side of caution and think this is the best one I have found.

Excellent Multivitamin
Love this organic, naturally sourced multivitamin! It is highly effective in increasing our energy levels and even a nagging cold and cough my husband had disappeared a day after taking it! The addition of iodine is great as many multivitamins do not have that. The pills are easy to swallow with no side effects either. The dosage is 4 pills per serving but I've found that 2 pills are sufficient to keep me in tip top shape!

LOVE LOVE LOVE, except for ONE THING(not MTHFR friendly)
I really love this company. I believe in Dr. Group and his mission. All of their products are great and it pains me to not be able to give a 5 star review, but I really wish they would change the form of folate they use. Since an estimated 40%+ of the population have a MTHFR gene mutation, it sucks that this product uses folic acid instead of methylfolate. Those of us with the mutation can't break down folic acid properly and it can lead to issues. Other than that, I love the formula! Props for using methylcobalamin instead of the cheaper(and crappier) cyanocobalamin.

Health is priceless
This is the highest quality and cleanest vitamin you can find today. It is pricey but in my opinion it's very worth it because my health is priceless to me. Super high quality, great formulation, I feel so good while taking it!
