I was given a beautiful and expensive watch for my birthday which gave me red, irritated blotches of skin below the watch face. It got so bad that I had to stop wearing the watch. I was desperate to find something that would stop the irritation. I was not keen on painting something onto the watch itself as it was expensive and I was worried that I might damage the watch. I saw this product and my initial thoughts were that it was rather expensive for such a small tube of cream and it had some mixed reviews but as I had not found any other solution, I thought I would give it a try. As I had not been wearing my watch, the skin was quite clear where the irritation had been so I applied a small amount of cream onto my wrist first thing in the morning, let it dry (which didn't take long) and then wore my watch all day without any irritation at all. It really is amazing! Do not hesitate to buy at all, you will not regret it. EDIT: Almost a year later, I have just bought a second tube of this. I have never had any irritation since I started using it. It is amazing!

I bought this product to act as a barrier cream as my nickel allergy has gotten worse over the last few months. This has not only helped but kept my hands soft too. The only downsize is the cost for the amount you get.

I ordered this with faint hope as I've literally tried everything and have stopped wearing jewellery altogether until I bought this. I am allergic to all metals, except medical grade titanium. Very few people make titanium jewellery and I was looking at a last ditch attempt to have my wedding ring remade in titanium which would have cost £££. I tried this and it's changed my life. I am wearing all my jewellery again and have bought a load of stuff it's wonderful! Best of all I can wear my engagement and wedding ring again and that means the world to me. I use a small amount each day on my wedding finger, under the watch face and neck/chest and it lasts all day (I never sleep in my jewellery). The cream lasts all day on my hands if I apply 2-3 layers in the morning, otherwise i need to top up after washing my hands throughout the day. It it worth every penny and I'm about to order a truck to stock up for a long time. I'm absolutely delighted and thank you to the manufacturers for developing this. It really should be a better known product it's fantastic.

Didn’t work very well for me.

I recently developed an allergy to my wedding ring; I can only assume there's nickel in the white gold. Applying products to the ring itself did zero good, but for a solid 2-3 weeks, applying this cream daily kept the redness at bay and I was able to wear my ring. I was delighted! Unfortunately that didn't really last, which isn't too surprising - it is a wedding ring, and it's tight enough and precious enough that I prefer not to take it off and put it back on at all if I have to. So sadly it won't work for anything that you're hoping to wear forever and forget about, but I feel certain it'd work perfectly for more occasional jewellry.

I would have given it 5 stars but the price for the size of the tube really lets it down. However, saying that, I have had no reactions with my fitbit or from handling money in work since I have been using this cream, so it definately works. If a bigger tube of this were available at a more reasonable price i would buy it in a heartbeat!

Over the years my ears have become increasingly sensitive even to gold and silver earrings. Rather than try to find something in expensive platinum I decided to give this a go. The tube is tiny but I've found I only need a tiny amount. I rub it onto the front and back of my earlobe then put it around the post of the earring. Previously wearing the gold earrings for an hour would cause my earlobe to swell and itch and go "lumpy" inside. Now I can wear the earrings for around 8-10 hours a day 5 days a week (enough for work) and my ears aren't itching or lumpy anymore. I almost didn't buy this because of the price tag, but I've been using it for two weeks now with no itchy reactions in my ears so I'm happy with that. Cheaper than new earrings and it should last a while as I'm only using a pea sized amount each day. It's worth a try if you don't want to spend a fortune on new earrings right now!

I have to wear a medical alert bracelet at all times, and it's brought my attention to the fact that I must have an allergy to some alloy in the silver, or to silver itself. Although I've only been using it for a few days now, the Protective HPS cream is a lifesaver! I apply it 3 times a day (for the full 24 hours), and that painful and itchy rash has cleared right up! I don't know how you guys did it, but thank you so so much for this product. The only downside is the price, as for $30 it's a very small tube... but for now, well worth it. The customer service is also something to rave about, as they're very prompt in returning emails and reaching out to see how you're doing with the product. All around, great... will order again and again, I'm sure! Thank you again!

mon fils m'a offert une bague pandora à noël et j'ai déclenché une allergie de contact 8 mois après !! Cette creme est très efficace. Je combiné avec un vernis spécial a mettre a l'intérieur de la bague et tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Par contre, j'ai été surprise par la taille du tube !!! Il est tout petit et le prix est très élevé. Mais j'avoue que c'est efficace....donc ça compense et il suffit de mettre très peu. Mais c'est vrai que l'efficacité se paie très chère.

It is being used with someone with a chromium allergy who plays string bass. There is currently no strings made that do not have chromium in them. This cream allows him to continue performing and not give up his playing.
