You get what you pay for in this item. It's hard to control since there is no bit inside, and because of that, it's really hard to make a clean hole. If you putting a cover on top, then it will cover it, but if it will be exposed, not a good idea using this item. Make sure you try it out on a scrap piece before proceeding to doing the job to get a feel of it and see how it performs.

I bought this set to drill a few 22 mm holes on ceramic tile for 1/2 in copper pipe. I drilled 3 holes in 10 min. Drilling was easy and fast. Make sure you wet a tile ad use low speed, otherwise the tool might break which happens to me first time.
