Worth buying to experiment
It came the next day amazing it was so fast. I had a play with it on two small scraps of wood and it worked great. The only negatives are that it came with a cross head driver not a square one, and it does not have any dust extraction.Since my last comment on here I have made a drill press stand and the pocket holes are doing well.

Nice build quality,horrific instructions!
The overall build quality was fine, the instructions however where terrible! You tube here I come to work out how to use it properly!! Also says it comes with a sq drive but, it doesn’t it comes with a posi bit which is useless when you’ve got sq head pocket hole screws already

Love it!
Just got into woodworking and this little jig make doing pocket holes quick and consistent! Better used for end joints so a portable device is also useful - but a good price in comparison with the named brands on the market!

Well made but limited
This is a well made pocket hole jig, and I was pleased with my purchase, until I found it had no adjustment for larger sizes, so had to return for a refund

Great for purpose
Just what I wanted, it's my first pocket hole tool as a newcomer to woodworking, but seems to have been a good choice, quality is good too

Looks right but fails miserably
Some of the engineering on this jig is really good, and after a first trial I thought it worked really well. However after drilling just another 5 or so pairs of pocket holes I realised it was rapidly wearing the steel ferrules (and the vertical aluminium block) that are meant to guide the drill accurately. The net result is that the drill is allowed to drill a much shallower pocket that almost breaks through the edge of the board you are trying to machine, thus scrapping the board. This all happens because the inserts that thread into the vertical block are inferior and too soft, and have "ovaled" already. If I can't find replacement ferrules the jig becomes useless, and even if I can find replacements I'm going to have to replace them very regularly to maintain useful function. Overall such a shame because some of the engineering is really sound.

Wears out quickly
It is good for a few occasional uses, but if you have a larger project and will be doing lots of pocket holes then don't bother. The guides for the drill bill are made of soft metal and have worn out and ovalised meaning that the holes are no longer accurate, the wood is stained by the metal shavings and the drill bit itself cuts the wood badly so the holes are not a clean cut. Do yourself a favour and buy a proper jig.
