I don’t use this for wigs. I use it on my daughters hair and it’s the best at detangling hair. A must have for our hair kit.

Great for tough knots
Got one of those kids with that knotty hair that they scream like crazy when you try to make them look human to go to school out just out side? This stuff works great! Spray that knot and brush it out! It’s that easy!

Not enough slip
Needs oils or silicone to give it some slip. It was only marginally better than using water to unloc the hair. The smell wasn't overpowering which was nice and it was nice that you didn't have to rinse it out. But overall, not recommended unless water is usually sufficient to detangle the hair you're working with.
