Does what it should do
This yarn is shiny and has a nice gold color that is not too yellow. I found it better to work in two strands held together, one strand is a little thinner compared to standard sock yarn.A couple of cons I noticed: this yarn can start unraveling its chain structure for no reason, so definitely make sure to secure the ends, maybe even glue. It’s also easy to damage the structure of yarn in the middle of a project, so sharp needles are not the best choice here. In addition, the yarn won’t stay in a cake and tangles all the time, so I may need to rewind it.Overall, this yarn does it job if you need it for decorations and looks very nicely, even though it’s not the easiest to work with.

Beautiful!
Beautiful, exactly what I needed. Be careful because it tangles easily but a quality product. Here I combined it with another yarn too and it gave the exact look I was going for.

Really pretty, but...
I got the jade metallic. It is a chainette weave, so it shouldn't split while crocheting or knitting. It is really a pretty yarn with great sparkle and it will be great for blending with other yarns. It is fiddly, though, and unravels off the cone too easily. I wouldn't recommend for beginners. Considering, the price is good for two cones.

Hate it
It's a beautiful color, and that's the only good thing I have to say. Other than that it's too thin, gets tangled easily, and unravels. I just don't like it.

Beautiful for metallic look
I bought this for my sister who wanted to crochet Hershey Kisses. She is fairly new to crocheting so she had a bit of a hard time getting used to a sleeker yarn but with some practice, she managed to conquer it and it really made a huge impact on her project. The yarn has great shine and was a great price for the quality.

Embroidery thread
I liked this as embroidery thread. It is impossible to crochet with, unless you use it with another thread. It is great to add final touches to projects. I used it as the necklace on the bird I embroidered. It arrived with lots of the threads unwound. It is soft and durable.

Nice to work with
I am using it as an accent with another yarn, but look forward to making a project just with this yarn. Like all thin yarn, it can tangle, but you have hope of untangling this stuff!

Just don't.
It's pretty. Don't get me wrong. Prettiest thing I've seen. BUT: god help you if you have to stop. This tangled so fast; literally, the string *falls off* the yarn "ball" and instantly tangles and I wasn't even able to use it! I had to throw a whole ball out cause of how bad the tangles are. Unusable. If you're only using it one thing, and you're fine throwing out the ball (or if you can re-string it some how), it's fine. I'm salty that I can't get my money's worth out of these.
