Great board does the job don't hesitate
Had my decline board for a couple of weeks now ,initially purchased because decline squats are a good exercise for people with patellar tendonitis, which is what I have. If you turn the board the other way round you can also use it for a very effective calf stretch.I'd like to address a few things some other buyers have brought up to help clarify things and help people when deciding to purchaseFirstly the price ,yes it's £28 for what is effectively a piece of foam, however if you are suffering and wanting to rehabilitate it's an indispensable piece of kit and I would imagine it will last for years on end if I look after it. Even if it last 5-years I'd consider that money well spent . The scratches on the images are actually my lovely cat who seems interested in destroying it.Another issue people have repeatedly brought up is sliding down off of the board. I find if I get on the board with my bare feet this eliminates the issue. Trying to do it with socks on is a bit of a no-goPeople have also suggested the board is too narrow ,well my feet are a huge size 12 UK and there is more than enough room to perform a squat with good form. When you step on the board because it's made of foam you do feel you slightly sink and it indents but it's only slight and doesn't affect the actual functionality of the board nor change the 25 degree angle of the board. Also after use this indentation seems to to fix itself. It's really not an issue at all. As you can see on the pictures I've attached there's no noticeable dents and I do weigh around 14 stone.Somebody also correctly identified it is not one solid piece of foam, but actually two pieces stuck together. Most items you buy are lots of pieces stuck together whether it's a sofa your car or a push bike. Again this does not affect functionality in any way whatsoever and it's stuck together with very very good stuff and I can't imagine it coming apart.I think it's a very, very good item, it serves its purpose and I can imagine it lasting for a very very long time.

Great for physio exercises
Exactly what I needed to help perform exercises given to me by my physio as part of an eccentric loading programme on my knee. This product is spot on and there doesn't appear to be much competition on Amazon for prime delivery! My only criticism would be that an extra half foot of width would be ideal. If you've got big wide feet I'd perhaps try a wider product.

Good quality and very sturdy
I recently had an operation as I broke my leg, and have been unable to excercise whilst in recovery. Now that I am able to attempt to excercise, I needed something to help with squats, as my ankle is not able to move properly. A slant board was recommended in physio and since getting one it has helped me so much. This one is ridiculously sturdy, and at the right angle that I need. Would recommend to anyone else who is struggling with movement in their ankle/leg, as the angle of the board means there is less pain.

stretches out the calves and ankles/achillies
Been suffering the dreaded achillies tendonitis and wanted to try and stretch it out, can cause pain but does defo provide that stretch. bit slippy though so gotta do it bare foot...some grip would be nice!

good product but not long lasting
foam has ripped slightly in the corner and the material can be quite slippy, other than that this has been a great purchase

Great product
Only used it a few times but so far so good. Great for ATG programme and so much cheaper than other slant boards out there

Big and sturdy
Great product. I was sceptical about the price but the foam is dense and tough and big enough to hold both feet and your weight without any give. Wish it come in black though. Great for stretching calves, hamstrings and back. Checkout knees over toes guy on YouTube to get some cool movements with a decline foam like this.
