Is board big enough for mens size 12 without them hanging off edg e??

The board is nearly 33 cm square so should be OK for 30cm feet.

How dense is the foam? Is there a number that specifies this please

Pretty dense stuff , it is hard wearing I use it couple of times a week with weight and it’s showing no sign of wear.

Would.this item be ok if squating with weights

Unless your thinking of using fairly heavy weights the incline should be ok providing your balance is good.
