I have suffered for years and have tried so many different products that have not seemed to have helped me, I am so glad I have finally found something that gives me instant relief!!!

You can tell a lot of effort has gone into this product, from the ingredients all the way to the premium packaging. Felt a noticeable difference in no time!

I bought the smaller bag to try see if it worked for me. I think they did make a difference but I have now bought the bigger jar to try it for longer and make a final decision. To my surprise the jar came in a box that you would expect from iPhone packaging almost! Indeed great presentation and good quality packaging however makes me wonder if the overall product could be cheaper if they didn’t invest so much in the packaging for a jar of supplements. Very thoughtful touch from a customer service point of view but even more thoughtful I think would be to make it more affordable by using simpler packaging.

For complex reasons, my gut health was very poor. I decided to try these as they have everything I lack. It was a real battle to get used to them, then they worked for around a month. Now these benefits have tailed right off and I'm almost back to where I was. I'm also put off by the ludicrously overblown packaging. They should just seal the top and send them out in a regular bottle - there is no need for double recycling. That would cut a couple of quid off the hefty price tag. Overall, good for a short while, but not for me.

The ingredients in here are sound to perfection, everything works together for harmony gut health, digestion, and even calming and relaxing herbs like lemon balm, dandelion, chamomile is in there, essentially taking it at dinner time is the best option because it's closer to bed time, did this and the next day I felt better after visit to the bathroom, I believe 2 capsules is 12 billion healthy gut microbime is in not 1, therefore the dose is low not only on the feeding of the healthy gut microbiome, but also the other ingredients that are digestion lactase for the lactose intolerent people such as myself, and well everything in this is low dosed. I'm used to 20 billion minimum in 1 capsule.There is no limit to how much lactase you can take from my research, you take it just before every dairy product meals, or snacks, and these enzymes can help break them down lactose which without those enzymes will lead to diarrhea, cramps, and gas.When I think of the price, it feels like you're paying for the packaging as glass uv protected packaging, and elegant design box, it just feels to me that this should have had 365 capsules for 49 quid, 60 that will only last 1 month is probably the most pricey supplement, vs the quantity I have ever seen on Amazon. Feels like a gift set rather than a supplement. This product works but is poor value for money. It certainly does look good though.Directions as stated on the product, take 1 capsule twice a day with meals, and large glass of cold water. I personally took 2 together just before dinner about 10-15 minutes before and it worked better for me as I'm fasting during the day, and I stop taking when I don't need it. It's an as and when needed basis.
