Molten Basketball, Indoor/Outdoor

Item has small issues with shape off the bat. Seams are sometimes uneven, with a lot of visible glue. Some of the print is embossed when this brand does not normally emboss said print. All this leads me to believe it is counterfeit. Molten, as the FIBA brand, should be of the highest quality standards. Could only hope the seller is not aware, but... 🤷🏻‍♂️

This product is fake. I am very disappointed. The ball does not bounce properly. I used just one time, check out the pic

I ordered this ball as like others searched for the best outdoor ball and the molten bg3000 came up.It looked decent and although I knew it was synthetic leather it would feel a little different to the leather composites that other balls are made of I never expected it to look so poorly made for nearly £30the synthetic leather sections are coming away from the rubber seams in places straight out of the box.I pumped it up and took it to the court for some runs and it seemed to just deflate steadily over the course of the first hour of use. By the time I woke up the next day my new ball was flat.I am not sure, maybe that its just deflating through bad materials during construction or something but it deflates all the time and doesnt hold the air. I am quite disappointed with this purchase the ball looks great and feels pretty decent to score some buckets with but the deflating really is an issue for me.I cant even refund my purchase now , so Ill just pump up the ball before I play every game and use it until it breaks.Id avoid purchasing this ball from amazon directly and maybe try molten online or through another supplier. As molten balls are normally excellent.

For an outdoor ball this is expensive at £36. To find it defective before we've even used it is so disappointing and such an inconvenience. Happy that we can return it but to wait 2 days for the seller to provide a return label and then another 5-7 days for a refund is very poor indeed. Need to think very carefully before you make such a purchase.

Fine for indoors, I'm sure, but this ball is not durable for outdoor basketball.After 2 or 3 uses, the ball lost all grip and became impossible to play with.Printing already starting to rub off as shown on the photos.The ball I received was also slightly egg shaped and did not have a natural bounce - this could have been a one-off defect.Overall I would advise against buying this ball, unless for indoor use. Much better value balls available for indoor use though, so all in all, steer clear!

Bought this ball, was amazing for a few days then lost its shape so became useless, returned and was sent a replacement. Replacement lasted a few months but has now lost its shape. Not worn out particularly, just useless as it’s like bouncing a rugby ball. Have reverted to old Wilson ball which is still great, and bought a Tarmak for half the price so will see how that goes.
