Is it ok to use daily?

No, it suggests using every 3-4 days weekly, up to 8 weeks or as directed by a medical doctor. Then use only sparingly to control dandruff. Do not use on broken/ inflamed scalp. I have been to the doctor twice and am going again in 2 weeks. My psoriasis has worsened, at least partly because of extreme stress (critically ill family member ) and Covid social isolation.

How long should i wait to see the results? I am using for 2 weeks every 3 days and i didn't see any change

At first I uaed it every day until I saw results, now it's 2-3x a week and depending on how much hair you have it might take more per wash, I have short hair so my scalp is more visible but a smaller nickel sized dab is enough. Whatever you do, don't scratch with your nails, massage it in with your palms or fingers
