Within 1 hour if taking 2 capsules, I could sense/feel energy in the form of heat rising up within me, not jittery, no ‘hot’, just energy. Really helps. After 22 years w/ fibromyalgia & autoimmune symptoms, countless doctors and nutritionists, countless supplements, many which have been discontinued since Covid, this does work to alleviate energy depletion, brain fog, and especially motivation to ‘get up and go’. I also ordered “Dopamine Seratonin Support Supplement’, by Dr. MaxWell through Amazon, same order. The ingredients in both supplements are legit, not just herbs. Together, mood is noticeably better, and together (taking them several hours apart daily though), brain fog is nearly eliminated. I rarely write reviews on any products, so this review comes after 22 years of scrutiny. I’m a healthcare professional, managing chronic illness all my life, hopefully this review willl help inform someone’s decision. Yes the cost is a bit higher than others claiming to work similarly, but it’s the Ingres that are clearly different in both products. It’s worth it. Easier to live life with energy and a clear head than it is to save a few bucks for nothing.

It is a very good product

This seemed to work really well for me in the beginning, but now I feel like my body just got used to it and it doesn’t do much for me? This sucks

I bought the set of three supplements from this brand, Choline, Dopamine and Serotonie. Before I experimented with many brands of nootrpics and gave a try to this stack just to test what's available on Amazon. This stuff is abnormally effective. Even I tried before Choline and alpha gpc those seem to be more potent that in some days I feel like one pill is too much. I also noticed I need to make breaks for weekends because the drive those pills gave makes does not let me rest and need doing something nonstop. The alertness the dopamine supplement gives is amazing especially for long driving trips. I made 17hrs drive recently without any sign of sleepiness on only one pill. I hope they are not addictive... I'll buy more before they raise the price. You'll not get anything better in any internet shops dedicated to nootropics. I can tell a significant difference if I fail to take this supplement. So far it has been extremely helpful and I have had no problems using it.
