Not for me. I don't like the writing style and dis not feel like reading it. The content is probably good but I only read one fifth of the book. Like I said, not for me.

This book truly helped me travel to my past and uncover the roots of my limiting beliefs. It encourages me to be me and give my gift to the world without overthinking what others may say or think! I definitely recommend reading it if you feel like something is holding you back from growing and evolving in life!!

If you have never read a self help book, this book might feel like a big thing for you. If not, it will seem a bit repetitive because the author focuses a lot more on general self help points instead of the niche of limiting beliefs that most of us bought the book for. Still yet, there are some good points on limiting beliefs, but you have to sift through a lot of general self help information to find it. Overall, I can recommend it, but it didn't knock my socks off in regards to the topic of limiting beliefs.

Such a powerful book with great techniques to step into your own power. What we give power to in this life ultimately shapes our reality and can either trap us or set us free and able to step into our own greatness. If you feel stuck, if you tell yourself a story about your life, situation, the people around you, your job, your potential that is limiting your power to level up this book is for you! It’s a quick read with a powerful punch. A book I will definitely be reading again and again.
