Love it. High quality and has weight to it. Definitely made my bedroom brighter and gives what it’s suppose to give. I did it wire to plug set up and it was easy to connect. Worth every dollar. Look even better in person. Ready to order another one for my dinning room.

Beautiful but impossible to install! Wires are to short! Takes 3 plus people to hold it together, nightmare!

The chandelier looks bright and awesome, but extremely difficult installation. Very poor instructions and no clear steps on the paper. My contractor used more sturdier screws than what was provided since the chandelier is so heavy. It took 2 well built men to hold it up and “search and align” for the screws holes on the mounting plate. It’s not DIY friendly nor logical. No video or product support whatsoever on the instructions either. I’m hoping the led lights last forever since it was so difficult to install!

I rarely leave 1‑star reviews, but this chandelier turned out to be one of my worst purchases in recent times. I ordered it for my living room with a 14‑foot ceiling, and paid a contractor a good amount for installation. The design looked stunning—modern two‑ring crystal style with a bright cool‑white LED—and I was excited to see it in place. Unfortunately, the excitement didn’t last. Within just two days, the chandelier stopped working completely. My contractor came back to check, and confirmed it wasn’t an installation issue—it was a product fault. To make matters worse, I had to pay him again to uninstall it. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested going through a warranty claim, which meant shipping the faulty chandelier back, waiting, and then getting a replacement. This process would have left me without lighting for weeks. Luckily, I was still within Amazon’s return window, so I returned it directly and ordered another chandelier to fit the pre‑drilled setup. The replacement worked fine, but the customer service experience left a bad taste. The seller didn’t offer any compensation for the extra installation and uninstallation costs I had to cover—not even partial reimbursement—despite the clear product fault. In the end, this “affordable” chandelier became very expensive because of the repeated labor fees. While the chandelier itself has an attractive modern look, bright cool‑white lighting, and easy one‑piece installation, the quality control clearly failed me the first time. Combined with poor after‑sales support, I can’t recommend this product without caution. If you decide to buy, be prepared for potential quality issues and know that any installation costs lost due to defects will likely be on you.
