Plastic product which at first looked very flimsy. Easily snapped together and works great. Light and will store flat. Handy tool

Yes its plastic but still measures exact
It maybe made of plastic but it still measures the exact key cylinder you need easily, and it is easy to use to work out size. Make sure you measure ext and inside as the both different measures, and bolt goes into middle of cylinder. Make sure read instructions to see which measurement you need first and second.

+ It works and is accurate enough. - Flimsy plastic which you have to cut from a sprue - advert says "Alloy steel" 🙄 - Mine needed considerable fettling just to put together. * It would be easy to make a better one yourself 📐🛠📏✏

Brilliant tool for measuring cylinders
I bought 4 cylinders and took them all back. Was about to give up then saw this tool. Yeah it's plastic but does the job. Found cylinder on line from only one supplier and it's a perfect fit . Really happy I bought this tool.
