Who knew??? Isn't salt, just salt ... in various sizes. I guess not. I made pretzels for the first time and was just going to use kosher salt until I read a review about pretzel salt. I can't believe how perfect this was! I am so glad that I saw that review and decided to give it a try. I would definitely use this again on pretzels.

Good pretzel salt

We enjoy making homemade pretzels but have used kosher or sea salt to sprinkle on them. My son finally persuaded me that we should try actual pretzel salt and this is great! It made the pretzels much more authentic. The taste is great, and it's very easy to use. It seems like a good price for the amount you get. Because the grains are so large, you don't use that much. I made 12 large pretzels and hardly used any, so this bag will last us a long time!
