Cracks again Fast
Initially I thought I'd nailed it finding this! We followed the instructions and added it to the seam around our fire in our 17th century cottage. It did work for a while, and reduced the smoke seeping through the seem but it's begun to crack again and fall away not too soon after. Maybe it needs to be redone this often and that's just how it is! But I'm going to try another brand and see if it lasts longer.
