It gets super stiff when i leave it in the freezer for to long which makes it hard to wrap it over my shoulders. If i leave it in the fridge its just not cold enough/ i just dont have enough space in my fridge. And if its in the freezer it will grow ice on top and leak water everywhere.

Finally an ice pack that works! It's comfortable. I can use it on the back of my neck and across my shoulders sitting or doing daily chores. I flip it over to the vinyl side for deeper soothing on my soon to have surgery knee. Flexible, just the right weight and size. I can put it around my upper arm as well. Excellent product. Highly recommend. I use it several times a day. Freeze overnight. Refreeze after each use 3-4 hours. Cold lasts 20-35 minutes. Can't brag this one up enough. Price reasonable too. My neck and knee thank you!

It’s a great size for my needs and the best part is it fits in the freezer. I have 3 wearable ice packs that do a great job but they are huge and wearable is not always necessary. Most of the icing I do is while laying in bed. I’m missing vertebrae c3-t1 and my neck and upper back are constantly in pain. I push the gel towards the center for more contact before freezing. You can tri fold the pack to conserve space while freezing as well. It doesn’t drape over shoulders which is the only downside but I personally didn’t expect it to bc well…ice doesn’t bend😁. So if are hoping for that feature just be aware it might not lay as flat down the shoulders as you like. I’m happy with how long it lasts for its size and like that there is a fabric side to start on and a nylon size to flip to when you need to get another boost of cold.
