They were quick to respond and super easy as they focused on customer satisfaction. Love the product, and the company seems excellent as well.Edit: ordered and received a 2nd set. The 2nd set arrives open and repackaged in an Amazon shipping bag, with the open box and free standing product inside. They were missing the middle expansion rods. Received the pointed ground rods and the top capped rods. Still love the product, but hesitant to order a 3rd (which I wanted for my nephew who is taking up gardening this year). Not sure how to rectify, as Amazon only offers return/exchange and I already rigged a top supports together and am using the product. Would just like the replaced missing parts.Love the versatility. Using and building as needed. Have Part as a plant stake, other supporting pees, and a tomatoes plant. The peas still remain to be seen if they will grip well, but I believe they'll wrap nicely round the included wire tie, which too is adjustable and self cutting at desired length. Exceeded my expectations, great product, and so affordable too!

I was skeptical when I saw this product. I wondered if it would be sturdy enough for a tomato plant. I was unsatisfied with the traditional round, wire cages. They easily bend out of shape and are burdensome to store over winter. This support system is fantastic! The product is easy to put together and you can shape it to fit your plants and add levels as the plant grows. The contrasting color makes it easy to identify among the plant leaves and stems. It is sturdy enough to support my tomatoes and peppers. and it comes apart and is easily stored in the box. I haven't found anything about this product that I don't like!

I was totally frustrated when I first attempted to put the cages together. The instructions were hard to understand and the instructions came on a card that was hard to read. No instruction manual came in the box as advertised. I emailed the manufacturer for help, additional instructions, and a video, if available, and to this date, I have not heard back from them!Fortunately, I like putting puzzles together and assembling things. After several attempts. looking at similar videos on YouTube, and a little common sense. I was able to assemble the tomato cages. I still have not be able to figure out if there is any purpose for those black spirals (see last photo) other than to hold those three pieces together in the box. Something else that was not made clear in the "instructions" on the card.I love the purple color that adds a nice splash of color to the yard and contrast to the plants that the cages support. So far they have been very sturdy through wind and rain. They can easily be adjusted once assembled.The cages can be made into various shapes and heights which makes them versatile for use with different plants. There is an illustration of the various shapes on the Amazon website but this should have been included with the "instructions" from the manufacturer.Yes, I would recommend this product and I would purchase again.One final thing, I paid $24.97 on July 24, 2021 and today the cages are priced at $21.97! Unfortunately, Amazon does not offer a price adjustment.

Easy to assemble, and after you do one, you can do it pretty quickly. The best feature is the removable crossbars. No more carefully coaxing beaches through the traditional cages as your plants grow. Simply remove a bar and move it where you want it.Durability: Nebraska has had some vicious storms with winds strong enough to knock out the power, down trees and break fences. My tomatoes toppled over a few times, BUT the cages held together well. I only needed to straighten out a few poles and to attach a few crossbars. Shockingly, the plants (six tomato and one jalapeno) were largely in damaged. I believe this is because the crossbars were placed where the plant needed the support.I'm happy with this purchase.

I'm very happy with this purchase. The stakes are thick solid plastic (not hollow). It's really customizable and feels very sturdy. I have some other tomato cages and they are ok for smaller plants but not very sturdy. And because of the way it's put together it you need to remove the cage later it is easy to take apart and not damage the plant. The only thing is I would have preferred it to be green but that wasn't available when I bought this. Still I will definitely purchase again!
