Q: does this jacket have a hood ?

hi kirsten - not it does not. The 'reflect360 outdoor' jacket does though.

Q: Is there a size chart?

Look up the Proviz website for sizing. They are very accurate.

Q: I am considering the 360+. I’m interested if anybody has advice about how breathable the jacket is? I intend to use it for commuting.

Not very breathable but it has long zips under the arms that can be undone to allow air to rush in and they even work when it’s raining, the two front zips that are actually pockets also act as airflow vents and the air comes out of the flap on the back. I does keep you very warm though as some mornings it’s been near freezing here on the way to work and I can get away with only wearing a t-shirt underneath and still be toasty warm. Very highly recommended.

Completely unblemished and reflection still works. Used it 5 days a week for about 6 months, no sign of it ever being an issue.
