I’ve been looking for a dog coat of this style for ages. After having tried various children coats I had just about given up. I was so happy when this arrived. The coat fits great, is excellent quality and looks amazing too. The harness hole is an added bonus too! Plus, there’s actual pockets to store things in- how cute!

We've been using this coat for a few months now and have some important pros and cons to share:*** Pros ***+ This coat is beautiful and looks posh+ Our dog is able to walk comfortably while wearing it+ The hoodie helps keeping his head relatively dry although he doesn't really like it.+ This coat is thin so it's great for dogs with long hair. We originally bought it for rainy summer days when temperatures are hot.+ The lining is not made of fleece so there's no static that irritates the dog.*** Cons ***- In the past few days with storm Alex bringing heavier rain (2-4mm) to our area, we notice that rain goes through the outer layer and makes the lining damp, though the hair stays dry. Our dog doesn't like walking in the rain so our walks last 15 minutes at most but we still get this disappointing result. This is why we gave this coat only three stars.Two tips to finish with:1. As other people have suggested before - buy one size larger. The table advised medium but we bought large and it was perfect for our 10yo mixed Tibetan (12-13kg).2. We found it easier to put on when the dog sits.

The coat arrived promptly, its beautiful, and very well made. Unfortunately the medium size is a bit too small for my 11 Kg cockapoo, so it won't fasten at the neck (which would leave a patch of chest to get wet when a smallish dog is splashing along on a wet day). Also I found it fiddly trying to fasten the zip underneath her without trapping fur in the zip, and of course it doesn''t cover the back legs at all. I think my dog may be between sizes, so sadly I shall need to return the coat. Her fleece 'onesie' type of coat is not quite so pretty but is more practical.

This coat is both practical and fashionable!! It’s just beautiful! I’ve spent a lot of time looking for a decent coat and this one is worth every penny! It kept my dog dry and warm on a very rainy walk! The fit is great! The toggles around the back and hood really help to get a good fit! I had to role the arms up as they were a little long for my Jack Russells legs but it just even more fabulous!And the pockets are a great little touch! Can not fault this item! Delivery was fast too!!

Best raincoat I have so far purchased for my pooch. Although he is a little unsure of the hood as it flops around a bit on his head, it does keep him dry on those light rainy walks. The zip can be tricky to put on and take off but to solve the fiddly-ness I don't completely undo the zipper and simply slip the coat over his head. I think buttons or velcro would work better. Other than that, it's great. But pricy but it is well made and good quality.Post Review Note: I bought two of these as the 'blurb' says it will keep pooch dry in monsoon! IT IS NOT WATERPROOF. Poor pooch was drenched to the skin and shivering while wearing this coat in normal autumn rain, not even heavy rain... Looks good but failed to keep the dog dry. One wet, cold and miserable dog. Downgraded from 5 stars to one for misrepresentation. One star for style.

Looks great can’t wait for another rainy walk fed up Molly getting so wet this will be fab , my only problem after use I gotta the coat I wish it had loops to put around the back legs , yes it has a draw string , but the wind blows the back of the coat up .my laser rain coat had these loops , but not a hood , hence me buying this coat .think I will sew some on my self , I don’t like the big string tie idea , but do love the coat , the hood keeps going over my dogs eyes , maybe should wear without the hood ,even so I a. Happy with my purchase

I am so pleased with these jackets, I brought two for our American Hairless Terriers. They are such good quality and fit great. Haven’t tested them out in the rain yet, so will update review when we have.

The item is so smart and very well made! Molly has already tried to chew the toggles off the hood so I can see myself cutting them off, but otherwise it’s perfect and she’s quite happy in it so I’m happy too!
