Superb Quality
At the insistence of my dear wife, the CEO of Chez Chisholm the bath taps that I had installed post bathroom renovation were to be replaced. The value for money ones were not up to the QA/QC standards demanded of me by She Who Must Be Obeyed, thus making them actually bloody expensive taps as they were to be replaced... So, rather than repeat my mistake I bought these. They were acceptable to The Boss in terms of looks and my research suggested that Hansgrohe were a proper manufacturer of higher end bathroom accoutrements. When I noted the price I thought I was getting a bargain.. Just wish I'd read the blurb properly.... So, I ordered these and they rocked up quickly with everything I needed to not complete the job...because what you get is just the tap not the other bit which is the flexible hose and the shower head. More about that as well. Anyway, I fitted these taps and they are superb. They work beautifully and look great. They are indeed very high quality and more than that they meet the expectations of my dear wife and that is without a doubt the most rigorous of requirements achieved. So, all in all a fantastic set of very stylish to my eyes mixer bath taps. However, you don't get everything you need. In order to have the full range of options - in other words the availability of a flexible shower head - you need to purchase these separately. So I did. I bought the shower head which, duly arrived. Minus the flexible hose which I discovered is also a separate purchase. Followed by the separate purchase of the flexible shower head holder.... So, highly recommended but make sure you order everything you need and that cost will quickly ramp up to meet the quality of the name.

it is value for money with this quality
the item is easy to install, it works as it ought to be and more importantly, it is still made in Germany which is difficult to secure one nowadays.

Solid and good quality
Since buying this I've noticed them in nice hotels all over the place. Sort of good feeling / bad feeling where it's nice that posh places use them, and a shame that their contract items in hotels.

This item was for my bath - quick to fix (with help of a plumber) and efficient to use.

Parts were missing
Hose along with washers were missing, packing was completely messed up, nothing wrong with product itself, but not yet installed
