Make sure you measure and then re-measure for proper placement. You will need to design a block to compress to your work bench. Comes with everything you need. Works very well.

I got this to use as a bargain tail vise on a woodworking bench. It obviously is not $300 quality but for the price it's been good enough to meet my needs.

Great vice. I assembled it to the underside of my workbench yesterday. I attached a piece of 2x4 to the screw side to help hold pieces. Need to make a handle (right now using an old pool stick). Strong, easy to use, moves easily.

This is very well built and heavy duty once I installed two on my workbench they operate very smoothly and excellent for the money

I used this vise on a new woodworking bench build. It has smooth movement and seems to be built well. I had to build a custom handle.

overall it is as what it was described and meet requirement. The only thing needs to point out is there should be a clip at the end to lock the screws not going beyond.
