Nice knife
Sturdy and good quality so good value. Simple plastic and yet surprisingly sturdy ergonomic handle means this is nice to hold and promises to be a gem of a knife.

Just the job
Perfect for removing excess fat, silver skin from joints. Also used for removing skin from pork belly. Just be careful very sharp.
