Very useful. All paper, no plastic. Good for environment.

I've discovered, to my cost, that what is sold as compostable bags ( on the roll type) don't compost properly. Even two years later they still are stubbornly in their original form. These bags are great for composting, and are durable enough to sit in the compost caddy, not tearing when it gets quite wet. I now only use these paper type. They are also good value for money, having checked similar types. I'm not sure why they need to write on the side, as I also use them for storing apples, or putting garden produce in them, if giving as a gift. It's a paper bag, strong and reliable, and composts totally.

The bags are fit for purpose. They arrived in a strong paper bag , plastic free, very eco. There have been reviews of this product that criticise the postal packaging, looks like this has been changed as my parcel was made of recyclable paper , no plastic in site.

I keep a small caddy for recycling in the kitchen and these bags fit perfectly. Means I'm not constantly going in and out of the house to throw recycling out throughout the day. And since these are paper bags, they can be flung into the recycling too. Woo

I bought these bags as our local council does allow the green compostable bags. These paper bags are strong and last last well and do not break with the small amount of food waste liquids from fruit skins etc.

these are great - even left in the bin for a week or more they don't disintegrate, which the biodegradable plastic ones I used to get for free from the council did within a few days. Here, we're not allowed to use the plastic ones, but now I'm very happy about that, as there is nothing worse than having the bag fall apart as soon as you take it out of the caddy - these ones have not done that.

The bags we had been using before changed from 8l to 6l in size and we switched to compostable plastic instead, but it always required so much clean up at the bottom of the bin after. It was much harder than it should be to find a good value 8-10l bag as a bad choice leaves you with 50 duds, and these are perfect. Will be buying again.
