I thought I was getting a bomb ass vacuum that didnt have to be plugged in, and would pick up my dogs hair, well that's not what I received. I got a poop described as a vacuum. It doesnt pick up my lab retrievers hair and the spinny thing has stopped working. I have only had the vacuum for about 3 months and have only used it a handful of times. I'm upset, this vacuum is really a waste of money.

It worked very well at first but after using it for about 4 months it has lost suction power. I keep it clean, empty dust container after each use. I still use it for quick cleanups but wish it was more powerful.

Lightweight vacuum perfect for my laminate floors and area rugs. I wish it had an on/off button instead of having to hold the lever/trigger for power. Also, the part that contains the motor is a bit bulky. It’s not heavy, but it’s not exactly ergonomic for the hand. Other than that, it’s a great investment for my home. I love the attachments that come with it, too. It’s easy to empty the bin, as well.

I bought this vacuum in July. I have been very dissatisfied with the unit since I have owned it. I wish I could send it back but I have delayed too long. I have found that the unit doesn't actually pull all the dirt it picks up to the canister, the dirt falls back on the floor. I have a parrot and this vacuum does not pick up the seeds from the floor. It is useless for the main purpose that I bought it for. I have tried all the attachments and still have the same results. In my opinion this vacuum is way underpowered. Don't waste your money on it.

I purchased and started using this vacuum last August (2019). This item has no suction power at all, after a couple months of use I gave up and purchased a Dyson on sale for 249.00 which works perfectly. This was like throwing away 110.00 dollars, (I actually threw it in the garbage after 2.5 months), unfortunately I didn't think about returning it until it was too late. Do not recommend at all, spend a little more and get a high quality vacuum that will get the job done.
