The media could not be loaded. I wish I had a before picture, but my son was so excited to throw them in water the next day I was kind of disappointed because they didn’t really grow mind you now it has been two days and they are enormous did not think they were gonna get this big! There all about the size of my hand1/27 UPDATEThey get bigger!!! We left them in water now bigger than my hand!!!!

Fun for the kids
Took these along for our beach vacation. It would have been nice if they included what was advertised ( no alligator or turtle, had an Octopus and shark instead)Our plan was to add one each morning (for our week long vacation) we put them in an aquarium scene bucket one each morning. by the next morning, we moved to the sink! They grew faster than I expectedBy day 3 they were a foot long!

Disappointed
My son has had some grow animals in the past that he adored so we got this pack expecting a similar experience. However, these are definitely not as well made as others we've had! First, they got a weird slimy feel to them when put in water, which also made the water cloudy (I can't imagine it's safe to put them in an actual aquarium for decoration as the description suggests). After a day, they looked oddly shaped but I told my son to wait and see since some reviews said it took days to grow to expected size. I changed the water out so they would hoepfully lose the slimey feel. These pictures are from day 5. The lobster, crab and starfish turned out ok, except the lobster lost a leg segment that was hanging loose. The turtle and sting ray were very flat and ill-proportioned. The ray was much bigger on one side than the other and the turtles head barely grew to match the rest of it's body! The worst, though, was this strange yellow thing we received instead of the crocodile. Is it a shark? Dolphin/Bottle nosed...something? Beluga whale? I don't know but it's definitely creepy! Anyway, my son usually will let grow animals dry up and reuse them, I must admit I'm not too confident these will hold up to that or keep his interest.

Wrong animals
The only reason I bought this was because it included an alligator/crocodile. That’s really the only one my son cared about getting. So opening it to 6 animals with no alligator was disappointing. Even the description tells you which animals it comes with, so not accurate.
