This neck pillow is so comfortable. The memory foam is perfect. Not hard or soft. Just right!

I like the pillow, but it’s a little small. Also, it has a weird chemical smell. If it’s still there after washing, I’ll update my review

This is much too thick - I can't imagine how anyone could use it as delivered. What I did was to cut part off to make it thinner. I bought two - with one, I cut it in half, and with the other, I did more of a two-thirds/one-third split. Now my mother sleeps with this under her neck and it has been great for her. I think she switches between half-width and two-thirds width, and she uses the one-third sliver on the back of her chair (put it at the end of a long pillowcase and the pillowcase hanging over the top of the chair and down the other side holds it in place).Hopefully it's clear how I cut it - so that, from the top, it looks like the same dogbone-shaped pillow but it's not as deep. It's like you end up with two dogbone pillows rather than one. I just used some sharp scissors. It takes time and persistence, since it's not easy to cut, but it's doable. The great thing is that it doesn't fall apart after being cut. If we wanted it back to the original, we could just put the two sides back together inside the pillowcase and it would hold together just fine.
