Gaiam Restore Strong Core and Back Kit

I bought this because my back arcs in a way that makes it uncomfortable to do any type of lyong down exercises. This ball is fab as it gives support where required and also make the exercises that little bit harder as you have to balance on the ball.I thought I would only be using this for situps but the accompanying dvd is fab with a range of exercises that actually work your whole body.Didn't give 5 stars as it Needs pumping every few days but other than that its a great tool at a great price

This ball and workout DVD really does do what it says, yes the ball needs pumping up regularly, but I did expect that. What I didn't expect is the non - existent 'customer service' that never replies to your queries! I took my kit to work to exercise on a break and now cannot find the DVD that goes with the ball, maybe it fell out of a bag? I don't know! On several occasions now I have gone the the Gaiam website, to the contact us section and asked how I can possibly buy a replacement DVD. For weeks and weeks this has gone on and still no reply from them. So, generally the Gaiam products are great, but don't expect any after sales service from them.....

My partner and I both use this to help our back pain l can't do all the workouts but anything's better than nothing

Used to buy a couple of these some years ago. The quality was good then with nice matt green material like it still is in the picture advertising them. Now I was really disappointed. They are poor quality with one side bigger than the other, terrible shiny plastic material much harder than they used to be and they just look cheap. Can't use these with PT clients.
