I have not bought that flavor in a while but I still buy the chocolate peanut flavor and the nutrition hasn’t changed

It's a tricky question. Net carbs are 4g, however it has 19g of fiber, which are technically carbs, so total carbs are 23g

Q: Why does the Front of the package say 4g net carbs but the Nutrition Facts say 23g?

It is because most of the carbs are fiber, which doesn't get counted in net carbs, only in total carbs.
